The staff! Especially the cleaning lady that took care of our room every single day with little touches for our children! Also, the kind gentleman who most of the times was on the entrance of the breakfast area. Many thanks to both of you for your treatment to my family!

The breakfast has plenty room of improvement. There are the same decent options every day. But for example some days once specific item finishes is never refilled (e.g.mini croissants, natural yogurt). Maybe there would be an option to use some alternatives if possible. For instance the scrambled eggs. If possible make one day fried, omelette, local tortilla.

I travelled with my Teen daughter. we both loved the location of the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only thing I would ask them to adjust is that if someone has paid more than 180 euros, let them offer free breakfast. I had a wonderful experience staying at Rafaelhotels Madrid Atocha. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The standout feature, however, was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The dinner menu offered a variety of delicious options, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the breakfast spread was both plentiful and flavorful, ensuring a great start to the day. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Atocha train station and many of Madrid's major attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is placed right next to Atocha station, making it within 15-20m walking distance to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and modern, and the amenities were great. The room was very spacious and well-lit, with a lovely view of the garden, and there was a desk you could work from (just bring your own mousepad, the desk is glass 😊).

The walls are pretty thin so we did hear noises from all around at night. The door to the bathroom is just a glass pane so you can hear everything from the room at full volume if your care about that.

We only stayed here one night. The hotel was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The hotel has its own restaurant. We enjoyed both dinner there and their buffet breakfast ( breakfast is 15 euros per person and less for children). The location was very near to the Madrid Atocha train station, which worked perfectly for our plans. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we were able to walk downtown. Overall, we had a great experience.

*Its kinda old hotel. Seems to be so. *I really did not like doors to the WC/ Bathroom. They were made out of glass, looked like from sauna or sth like that. And it was really difficult with a child for us, cause each time we wanted to go there at night- the light was waking up our child.

Large comfortable room overlooking peaceful courtyard. I liked the breakfast room and the hot and cold options available. The location was to the side and back end of Atocha station. So a lot of walking through residential neighbourhoods with the cafes and bars which was cool.

Entrance looked a bit scruffy. The courtyard with table and chairs wasn't in use.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is a walking distance to the train station and just outside the hotel is a taxi stand.

Breakfast food is ok although crowded. I have pre paid for our breakfast at the hotel counter.There was a long queue for the guest to have a table and chair to sit on. We were attended by a male staff. I was in the midst of guests getting food, the lady resto staff interrupted just to ask if I have registered before taking breakfast food. I find that experience aawkward and humiliating. There should be a proper coordination there among resto staff and hotel reception.

The hotel is at a great location, 10 minutes walk to Atocha station. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and wide assortments of bread and other things.

We were three people, so our room had 3 single beds. One of the beds was too shaky. Wished a more stormy bed. We paid $300/night, and didn’t think it was worth the money.

The room was pleasantly big, high ceilings, with comfortable palette of colors. The bathroom stylish and clean. The same I can tell about the bedroom. Very nice staff, smiling and making you feel comfortable. Quick and professional. The Hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very comfortable even for a walking trip to multiple destinations around the city.

I would add a light breakfast, that would come automatically with the booking
