The advertisement of the hotel is wrong. The pool in the pictures is not belong to hotel. It belongs to another pub under the hotel, and you have to pay for it. Plus, it is a pool for adults, not allowed children

That some of the spaces we weren’t able to use it . you have must pay 100 euros extra in drinks to sit by the pool and 30 euros for the cheap pool and drinks maximo to spend 50 euros and on and on . I feel a bit discriminated by this rules because you still paying for room and not its cheap hotel I pay any extras using a pool . we must stay only upstairs etc it wasn’t reasonable. Not good I think you will loose customers like that . the A/C wasn’t working properly and the views of my balcony just full of trees not views .

Location is great. The view is outstandning.

Sunbeds cost 30 euro or 100 eur for ''bali beds''. This should have been included in the price we paid for the hotel, or at least been specified in the description. The hotel does not own the infinity pool or the pool on the first floor. Guest are not allowed to bring water/drinks at the free sunbed section; you are obliged to buy drinks from the hotel if you want to lay outside.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Most of the staff were polite. It was in a great location but there is a constant flow of people throughout the hotel and outside.

Some of the staff was quite abrupt. To have to pay for sun loungers around the pool side and the little beach bit within the grounds is ridiculous, surely everything should be included as paid a lot anyway. Where the sun loungers are free, there isn’t enough for all guests. The food was over priced. The breakfast buffet was cold, although there was a large selection. We got into trouble for playing music in our room after midnight, but I was kept awake all night with people walking back to their rooms after being out. Families getting up early and rooms above and either side having sex at all hours. I needed the music to block out everything else going on.

The hotel is in the middle of Magaluf night life and very conveniently located close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff was excellent. One time we asked them to go over the bathroom and the manger got involved and they cleaned everything well very quickly. The breakfast buffet was great and offered a variety of items including many fresh fruits.

The tap water is not good, and we had to buy many plastic bottles of water during the day. I wish the hotel offered free drinking water (especially for the kids that were playing in the pool). The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, and the hotel did not offer beach beds instead it was a public beach, and they charged 20 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella.

This hotel was in a beautiful location. It was right on the beach. The hotel itself was very elegant and modern, i liked how the main pool overlooked the whole beach, amazing views.The restaurant and food were fantastic and had so much to choose from. The rooms were cleaned daily, and spacious. The air conditioning was a huge bonus.Our room had a balcony with views of the beach, the pool area was very nice and classy. The bar staff, reception staff, housekeeping staff were all very polite and welcoming, which just made the experience so much better. Its a great location because you can access the beach, all water sports, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket in a short 5 -10 minute walk.

The place of the hotel is in the party area and it is a bit noisy. Not recommended for children. It's great for party tourism.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in a hotel, and we couldn’t choose a better one. The hotel is stunning, breakfast is very delicious and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to the best room they have in the hotel. It was the kindest gesture of them. Upon arrival staff were very kind and informative, whenever I speak to them they were always friendly :). Room with a sea view was stunning. Minibar is free of charge and they fill it up every day. We really liked our stay but bare minded it’s not adult only so during the day there’s mainly kids playing in the pool but if that bothers you, there’s an adult only area downstairs kind of a beach bar and they have sunbeds for 20€ each and you can spend it in the bar for food/drinks and there’s a small pool with music as well. Food and drinks are also good there I can confirm. :) Sunrise is beautiful from the balcony! Lot of shops around many restaurants to choose from as well. We loved our stay and we are very thankful that the hotel made it even more special to us with the upgrade! We will definitely be back! ☺️

Pool has some big sunbeds right next to it but you have to reserve it. We didn’t know that so we had to move to the side where reservation is not needed.

I really liked our spacious room having separate living room. Our view from the room was amazing. The room was comfortable, clean and big. Breakfast was good enough with plenty of choises.

Noise coming from the streets until 6 oclock in the morning was very disturbing. The area is full of youngsters shouting the whole night. We are mature couple and immediately thought we were in a wrong place. Secondly, there is no security measures placed in the hotel. Anybody could just come in, use the lifts or facilities. I found this very strange considering how bad is the night life out there.

the view is the best view ever

a bit misunderstanding the information on booking . I had issues that I booked a sea view room but then on checkin I get the half view of seaside . the room I booked didn’t match with the picture , I was a bit disappointed but at the end I paid extra money and changed with full view( lady told me that I didn’t chose with full sea view, but there is not a option on booking )and other thing I asked about double bed , they did said don’t have it , but at the end you can get a king size bed arranged from 2 singles which to be honest I was nearly to don’t book the room so don’t lose your customers with wrong information. so disappointed they don’t replay my messages on booking, just once and that’s it
