The staff at the hotel were exceptional. All were very welcoming and friendly. The room was upgraded to a double room at no extra cost. It was a good size. Bed was very comfortable and slept well every night. Bathroom again a good size with a good shower. Room decor was new and very clean. Great view of the bay below. I was in room 569. Food quality was very good. I ate most things. I'd read reviews before I went of people being ill in the hotel. I saw none of this. The food was all fresh and replenished regularly. The tables were cleaned immediately after people had finished and left. Dirty plates taken from the table as soon as people had finished that meal. I would stay here again.

The sound proofing of the room could be improved but didn't bother me enough to keep me awake.

The food was very good -- not the best we've ever had, but it had a good variety, was fresh -- it was nice also to have the option of two specialty restaurants. We are gym people, so it was nice to have a gym -- pretty good equipment though some free weights would be a bonus if they were able to get some. One of the treadmills also did not have a working display. The room was comfortable with a great view and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to get extra pillows which made it even more comfortable. They did a great job of cleaning.

Free weights in the gym would have been nice, but we are also regular gym goers, so we probably have high expectations. Air conditioning in the gym would also be nice, fortunately, it was not terribly hot when we were there. Wine -- we are also wine drinkers -- the red, white and rose they provided were ok -- it would have been nice though to have a bar where we could have had a choice of a few different types of grapes -- Spain has such great wine, having some Rioja would have been quite easy I would think.

great views of the sea, all rooms are sea facing and sun facing for the whole day friendly happy and helpful staff good variety of food, our daughter was delighted food was available for almost the whole day activities for kids and adults, our daughter was always busy daily stage performances after dinner, MJ show, in particular, was very good elevators for wheelchairs and prams - where there were stairs for regular people

everyone will have a great time at this property but little more is expected from a 4-star property. The listed photo of the room shows a glass balcony wall but ours was a brick wall. no toiletries except hand soap and shower gel. cocktails are premthe ixed sugar syrups served with blended ice. it may be common but it was first All-inclusive experience for us. the beach is not easily accessible- you have to take a taxi or free shuttle from the hotel. the gym is very basic, with no free weights. cardio machines do not switch on except for one treadmill whose display doesn’t work. it’s easy to notice that food is being rotated from previous days. desserts that were moist one day were dry the next day. coffee will be a letdown for coffee lovers.

The swimming pools weren’t heated, felt too cold to swim at this season (end of April).

Stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. Had stayed at Gloria palace for the week but couldn’t get that for a night. This hotel is really good and has everything you need. Dinner was superb with a varied choice in the buffet.

We had a room with a sea view but comparing to our room at Gloria palace was a little disappointing had we had stayed here for a week. I think the room could be a little better but that may just be personal choice, it has everything you need just so much better at Gloria palace.

As it is built on the side of a hill overlooking the sea the layout was different from other hotels that we have stayed in. It would have been helpful to have escalators to the upper levels where the pools were. Apart from that we had a room with a superb view and really enjoyed all other aspects of the hotel.

The location superb, incredible views. The rooms are fine, comfy, everything you need is there. Includes aircon and ceiling fan too. All rooms have ocean view. Food is really great, Sea breeze restaurant selection less then the main restaurant, so we went there for all 3 big meals (Amadores). Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

There weren't such thing. Maybe elevators a little busy from 9-10 am, and on evening during lunch time, but this is not a negative, just worth to mention. During our check out around 9:30 waited 10 minutes all were full, so at the end I carried my luggages (40kg) up to 8th floor from the 3rd one....

Fantastic hotel that was just perfect. Clean, great food, great facilities & staff were just brilliant. The views around the hotel are stunning. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Loved it and will be back!

Nice view from the balcony and the pool area. A free bus to the beach. Clean.

Many people got food poisoning. But when asking the reception they wanted to hide the truth and stated that I was the only one. Even though I asked with several other persons who got the same and also informed the reception
