Great location for exploring Murcia.Nice staff. Comfortable room.

Car parking! They claim to have parking but in fact it is a public car park and they have no reserved places! It is a very busy and quite small car park. It gets very busy and was completely full all weekend. We arrived early on Friday and found a place but by the afternoon it was full. I think this should be made clearer at booking time. This would stop us from staying there again as there really is very limited alternative parking in the immediate area. I believe that hotels should only be allowed to advertise parking if it is their own private car park. Otherwise be honest and explain the circumstances of the public parking in their details.

I liked almost everything. Especially the kind staff and absolutely perfect location in the middle of everything, yet during the night you don’t have to worry about some noise from bars - it was quiet. Room was pretty, had a coffee machine and bottles of water were provided every day. Breakfast was delicious and big (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tortilla de patatas…) but the same every day. Hot water and strong stream during the whole day and night.

Unfortunately, there was a weird smell like from sewers in my room but it always somehow disappeared fast (or I got used to it). Also, it was clean but there was always some hair around. But nothing crazy, only that’s the reason why I didn’t give 10 points.

My daughter and I chose this hotel to celebrate her birthday there.From the moment we walked in, the staff were so warm,helpful and friendly. Guilia and Adriana are such an asset to this hotel and we can't thank them enough. The hotel - excellent location around the corner from the cathedral square. Close to lots of shops and cafés all on the level and pedestrianised. Excellent breakfast which is reduced to €8 if you book the previous night. Plenty of fruit, different milks to accommodate allergies, hot buffet, pastries and cereals including gluten free options. We returned to lovely chocolates in the room from the hotel on my daughter's birthday which was so nice. The room - we were in 234 (standard) a twin room. It overlooked a quiet street above the main entrance. Very clean,comfortable and quiet. Added bonus of hair straighteners in the bathroom. Surrounding area - we enjoyed a daily morning and evening walk along the shady Grand Via which is also beautifully lit up at night. Only 2 minute walk from the hotel. We had meals at El Togo 11(very Spanish). La Terazza (lovely) on Cathedral Square and the tasting menu (option 2) at Pura Cepa(6 minute walk) was exceptional. All in all a very enjoyable city break in the sun in a lovely hotel but the staff really make it.

Having to go home 😔

Location is fantastic, right by the cathedral. Close to all sights, many restaurants and not expensive for the area. The room was very small but we did have a small balcony. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. No other food is offered. They had a small bar which was nice but lacked any atmosphere.Lifts to most floors. Very clean and bright decor. We had a fantastic stay and would stay there again just for location.

When I say small the room was tiny! The bed was small and a bit uncomfortable and we only had a bedside lamp on one side which is really annoying if you like to read. The balcony had no privacy at all and we could see along all of them. Also if you have any mobility issues there are stairs down to the breakfast room and although in the main areas they had ramps, they were too steep to use!

The area is very touristic, but the hotel is fortunately located in a quiet street of the old town. Although pedestrian, guests are allowed to park in front of the hotel for check-in/out for up to an hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a medium-size buffet with an excellent selection including jamon iberico, high quality olive oil and salmon. Coffee and natural orange juice are also delicious.

Parking on the street almost impossible in an area of 1km around. The lobby is rather humble with little charm.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the Cathedral and the heart of the city. Murcia's facilities and attractions are within easy walking distance from the hotel. We couldn't fault anything, the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bedrooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast has a vast selection of freshly prepared food, served in its tastefully decorated breakfast room. We are looking forward to another stay soon.

There is nothing we didn't like and not a complaint, but more an observation. A smart tv in the room with apps for guests to sign in to their own Netflix or other services would be a welcome addition.

Everything was perfect! Friendly, helpful staff, good sized, well appointed room and modern shower-room. Spotlessly clean and with many extras - hair-dryer AND straighteners, quality toiletries, iron, small ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. Slippers and bathrobe were also provided. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable! A lovely touch was the offer of a Wecome Cocktail and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. We also took advantage of the parking agreement the hotel has with a nearby carpark. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Very comfortable bed. Tea making facilities. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. A nice welcome note and invite to a complimentary drink upon arrival. Breakfast was lovely two of the three mornings.

A lot of steps down to the breakfast room - no lift. This proved difficult to my partner who was using a crutch at the time. In fairness, we had been advised that there were some steps but didn’t expect so many. Saturday morning breakfast was a bit hit. The staff were lovely but obviously inexperienced on Saturday and left to take charge when they clearly needed guidance.

I had a lovely room with a terrace which was small but perfect for me. The room was immaculate. The hotel staff was excellent and spoke wonderful English which helped me with my poor Spanish. The location could not be better as it was right in the middle of the historic district. As you exit the Cathedral was to the right and to the left there was The Casino. I had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back to Murcia and stay here again.

Located right in the heart of Murcia, good sized room, very clean and quiet. The mattress and pillows are good. The staff was helpful. The hotel provides parking.

There was no coffee machine or refrigerator in the room (no mini bar). The elevator was small and also used by the construction workers (they were probably renovating some rooms, but we didn't really hear any noise). The parking was quite expensive, compared to the price of accommodation, 21 euro/day.
