I came to Palma de Mallorca in a holiday with my mother for her birthday and everyone treated us so well at the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever needed, we even had a free cocktail to celebrate her bday. It was a comfortable stay, with big enough rooms for 2 persons, great service at the cafeteria for both breakfast and dinner with lots of diversity. The value for money is great! The beach is 3-4min away from the hotel and our room even had a sea view. The bus station is just around the corner if you want to visit the city center or go to the airport (A2). The pools are big enough, with long chairs and cozy atmosphere. It is suitable for families with children and couples. I loved that the staff was letting sometimes small sweets after cleaning the room and this kind of attention values a lot. We would definitely come back and I recommend the hotel to anyone! My mother had the holiday of her dreams.

The cleaning lady was amazing! we had Bonnie as our cleaning lady, she was very kind and cleaned our room every single day, we got new towels and even a little treat from her! the swimming pool is great! however if you go in the month of april it is too cold to swim, however there’s a small inside pool which you can use! the rooms are great, veey spacious, we stayed at the junior suite, where you have sun in the morning on the balcony!

there were many guests of other accomodations in the pool and the hotel, also locals use the pool often as there’s no security entering the hotel. We didn’t mind it until three girls were filming tiktoks in the swimming pool as we’re swimming there, they told us that they used the swimming pool often and live nearby there’s also no security for breakfast so you can easily enter the breakfast area for free

Such an amazing hotel! Perfect location close to Palma airport which was €18 in a taxi, we had a junior suite which was beautiful and overlooked the pool. The swing chair on the balcony was lovely to sit and have a cuppa in the mornings. We stayed half board and the food was amazing, plenty of choice, reasonable prices drinks and friendly staff. They also had a pool bar which we didn't order food from but looked good from what we could see. Easy walk along the beach to more bars and restaurants, not so many Brits in this area which we didn't mind but found a brilliant Manchester Bar in Ca'n Pastilla and also we caught the bus into Palma €2 and only 10-15 minutes on the bus (number 25) Would highly recommend this hotel for price, location and lovely pool too 😁

Hotel was pleasant to look at, as it was well kept, clean and modern. Everywhere was clean and after cleaning there was no strong smell of chemicals. Plenty of room to lounge in the lobby or hallways. Good hygiene products provided, spacious hallways. Good sound isolation - we heard nothing from nearby rooms ( even were unsure if it's occupied). Great location, close to all local amenities and easy to use public transportation - frequent and close. We had room for 3 ( with sofa bed) and it was comfortable for 2 people. Unsure of the size of standard double room - might be a bit small ( reason why we chose a bigger room). Beach is close - within minutes of walk, pools lovely. Would stay there again , but would choose bigger room again.

Upon checking in could be a bit more information on the leaflets - breakfast times and price, spa opening times, pool opening times, bar opening times.

Hotel was so clean, smelt lovely and the staff where so speedy and helpful. Food was amazing every day was different! Taco night, sea food night, chocolate fountain for dessert one night. Worth every penny.

Only comment I’d make is the beds aren’t the comfiest because they are memory foam and very firm. But they are high quality.

Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very well organised. The staff is always friendy despite working really hard. You will find a lot of select options of good, fresh and tasty meals. The hotel is worth the money. Faucet and shower work as intended without randomly watering the bathroom! Extrabonus! After years of world wide experience with hotel rooms I really appreciate that!

The room (floor 5) was kind of noisy during the nights. The reason was definitly not from inside the room (AC, ventilation). Some big aggregates seem to be in the neighbourhood of the building, frequently switching on and off. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor are always present.

There were so many options for breakfast. Got to try many new foods and all were delicious. The staff were lovely. The hotel is very clean, great location in terms of distance to the city centre, airport and beach. All of the pools were great. Lots of seating outside so there wasn’t any trouble getting pool seats for sunbathing. Cocktails were very nice, as was the food by the outside bar. We had a double room and found that there was more than enough space for the two of us and had a balcony which is always a plus when you want to let a bit of air in. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and when we came back from our day out the staff had left a card with two free drinks from the hotel bar which was a lovely surprise as well. So friendly and thoughtful.

We had used the sauna twice however the temperature didn’t exceed 40 which we would have hoped for the standard 70-90 degrees but this was a very minor thing. It did not affect our stay at all. We had an amazing time at this hotel.

The staff were amazing and super friendly! Anything you needed they took care of with no hesitation or problems. The pools and overall hotel were clean and perfect. The pool bar was fabulous with delicious Sangria and good value !! The massages were fantastic big shoutout to the masseuse ladies that took all the stress from my shoulders with the acupuncture therapy !

The food was okay but I was expecting personally something nicer for a 4 star hotel but overall good. The juices were a bit strange, the orange juice was either sour or bitter and the milk was veryyyy sweet !! For coffee lovers with no sugar I think there should be an extra option for plain normal milk.

I booked the hotel as my second stay in Mallorca this year. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room on the 6th floor was with a view of the pool and the sea, cleaned every day. The room is smaller, but it is sufficient for a vacation. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel staff was very pleasant (from the lady at the reception during check-in, to the restaurant staff, maids and others). The food (breakfast and dinner) was varied, tasty, in reasonable quantities. I would say excellent! I will definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely public areas and reception, room was very nice and I liked having a bath available which not many hotels offer now, the lighting and decor was very tasteful. The bed was a little firm for me!! But nothing to complain about. The food offered at breakfast was excellent. Really good. It's close to bus stops so it's very easy to get to Palma and also to the airport.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell from outside we noticed... Like a bad drain maybe? But nothing so bad we needed to mention it during our stay. (We had our patio door open for ventilation) Breakfast was incredibly busy!!!! Sometimes it was difficult to find a table but the staff worked so hard to clear everything we couldn't fault them. The rooms are quite small but adequate.
