CHRISTINA!! Christina at the front desk is not only professional, courteous, kind and accommodating, she has a fantastic personality and really makes your stay super pleasant. She is the top asset at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff that work there are great. The spa girls were awesome as was the spa. The spa was a huge relief after a long walk on the Camino de Santiago. Obviously, it is centrally located to everything. Rooms are very nice, bathrooms are big and modern the balconies face all the action and everything about the hotel is awesome.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything, ideal for someone on a short visit to see the city. Rooms are nice and confortable. Good value for money

If the hotel wishes to have a prepayment, better to take it at the time of the booking and avoid charging the card of the guest a couple of days prior to arrival. Many banks outside of Spain prohibit charging of the card by a foreign entity above a very small amount. This is to prevent fraud and protect their customers. If you wish a prepayment, charge the card at the time of the booking. Otherwise have patience to wait until the guests arrival to charge the card with the guests authorization. This could spare the negative impression and this is actually done by most of the other hotels in the area. Patience is a virtue

Very clean, very central. Not noisy although we weren’t here during San Fermin however the rooms seemed pretty sound proof. Great bathroom. We had the family suite and the rooms were linked by a door. Both rooms had single beds that could be joined up or separated. Air conditioning was fantastic. Both had balconies Excellent bars just down stairs. The staff were so helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old town overlooking one of its most remarkable buildings. So it is perfectly located. It's around 5-10 minutes walk from the bus stop which gets you to the train station (which is about a 20 minute ride with frequent buses). Our room was a reasonable size, a little plain and colourless but it was modern and bright with french doors onto a small balcony which overlooked the square - so impressive! Although a bustling city the thick glazing insulation meant we still had a very quiet sleep. We didn't use the spa and they don't serve breakfast.

Location is excellent. Room was spacious, great modern bathroom and a balcony.

We tried getting in early as our train left us in Pamplona around mid-day. Check in is at 4:00 pm and they make no exceptions. We had to walk for around 3 hours in pouring rain as the hotel does not have a cafe or living room for us to wait on.

Great location and handy carpark nearby. Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Very quiet room. Good breakfast buffet included in our room rate - excellent value for money.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room and the cafe was closed when we arrived. Plenty of cafes round about though, but it is nice having in room facilities after a long days travelling. The bed was very hard and we could have done with more bedding (we were there in February- I woke in the night feeling cold, but didn’t want to disturb my partner by phoning reception).

The gentleman at the reception was amazing and helpful. I really owe him a big thank you. Everything I needed he helped me find or arrange. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent breakfast also.

One light switch that seemed to be broken so could not turn off at night . Didn’t get a chance to let them know I’m sure they would have fixed it.

The location was great but hard to find after dark. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was compact but bright and quiet and the big bed was very comfortable. Lovely large fluffy towels 👏🏻👏🏻

The breakfast should have been better. Bacon and scrambled egg dishes were empty. No cold milk readily available until I asked. As food items ran out they were not replaced eg cheese, bread for toasting.

This an excellent small hotel with very good value for money. It is on the main town square but 2 lots of double glazing meant it was exceptionally quiet in the room. A real bonus! We also heard no internal noise in the hotel. Very comfortable room overlooking the square. Reception staff were sociable, helpful and cheerful. The room was well appointed - all we needed, and very nice lighting for a hotel room. It is really well-located. We had the breakfast each morning which was very comprehensive and good value.

I actually have no negatives about this hotel. It ticked all the boxes in an understated way. I would highly recommend it.

Buffet breakfast could be improved... very little fruit and not prepared (nor even peeled). Also, announced room service, but only for breakfast, however, there's plenty of options to dine out nearby.
