Beautiful hotel just a few meters from the beach. Excellent breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options served buffet style. Modern facilities, helpful staff, and spacious rooms with balconies. Convenient access to the center of Palma and the international airport. I will definitely return here one day with my girlfriend. Highly recommended!

We stayed on the first floor, and during the evening activities, we could hear music coming from the hotel bar, but it wasn’t anything unbearable.

Very tasty and varied food for breakfast and dinner, excellent service, friendliness of all the staff. The room is cozy and clean, comfortable. Many thanks for the early check-in, it was very important for me after a long and tiring road. The hotel is located near the sea, a beautiful sandy beach. Public transport is nearby, runs on schedule. Palma and the airport are nearby.

Excellent location of the hotel, incredibly kind staff. The accommodation was peaceful, quiet and the room was nice and perfectly clean. Great breakfast and dinner. Definitely not my last stay at this hotel.

A suitcase stand would be nice.

Liked the location of hotel as close to airport only 8-10 minutes away . The hotel is close to Palma beach and is less than a 5 minute walk.. Palma beach is a beautiful long beach with lots of shops/ restaurants nearby. Also within walking distance of 2km to Palma Aquarium. Easy access to local bus services. Very friendly helpful attentive polite staff throughout the hotel. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The room was cleaned daily. The pool, bar & reception area's were spotless clean. Very nice hotel would have no hesitate to recommend and would return again. Excellent price as off season was a bonus.

The TV had loads of different options/ languages but on some of the english channels especially the film channels was unwatchable .

Absolutely loved the food. I'm a vegan and my father is a meat eater and each night we were both stuffed and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool but it did look lovely. Nice, clean bedroom. I'm already hoping to go back and take my boyfriend. The location was great!! i like not being directly on the beach strip, and this was a 3 minute walk. Also if you get the A2 from the airport, it's super close from the bus stop.

Staff, location, cleanliness.

Food for both the breakfast and dinner was dissapointing. Only filter coffee (almost undrinkable), food didn't seem to be fresh and sometimes even a simple dishes had strange taste. Restaurant staff were very kind and hardworking. We had stayed at 4* Riu hotel in Illetas 10 years ago and we had a great time there for less price in the season. It is sad to se that we paid more in February than in June and got worse experience, cost cutting was really evident.

Hotel is ok. Stuff is kind and helpful. Hotel is big, as well as rooms, but not so clean. Food is ok, average. Location is very good. :)

The breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. Although the first day we arrived late, a few hours after dinner, we were offered some cold dishes.

It was extremely noisy due to people having fun in the neighbor's restaurants and bars till morning. The elevators were always crowded in the morning during breakfast.

The hotel is literally 250 yds from the beach and bars and restaurants. Arrived at the hotel and greeted by reception. We were early so the room was not ready which we expected. so we had a drink by the pool. The area was screened from the public by trees and bushes as it was next to a busy road. The area was well laid out with plenty of sunbeds and kept immaculately clean ALL DAY! The bar serves very good snacks and drinks. Room was bright and airy and big enough for the two of us. We were facing the pool but could not see it as there was a tree blocking the view . But that was ok. Restaurant was always very busy at meal times, staff worked very hard, always friendly except for one female supervisor who publicly made a scene because I was wearing swim shorts . I had been wearing this type of shorts for 3 days and attending meals and was not aware they were not allowed ( there were others wearing the same ). I also did not see the sign at the entrance as it was not displayed properly. SO watch out!!!Food was very good buffet style hot and cold, something for everyone and plenty of it.I had a very nice conversation with the General Manager ( Patreesia) as I was also in Hospitality. A very lovely and switched on Lady and a credit to the Hotel. Would I stay here again then the answer is yes.

Could not fault the Hotel.

Excellent breakfast, and dinner with plenty of choices. The hotel was renovated and still looking good and well decorated. Free towels for the swimming pool or beach. Connection to the highway near by, making it easy to reach any location on the island. Parking outside was relativelly easy and free. Quality/price relationship.

For a couple of nights, young adult guests were doing a lot of noise, coming in and out loudely of the room. Once, it was looking like a disco in the next door until 1:00 am! And the doors are not soundproof at all!
