The location was perfect ! You can have a lovely walk along the bay and the next restaurants and cafes are within 10 min walking distance . We loved that it was a bit more hidden and not at the main promenade. Super quit also at night and a beautiful view . The pool was fantastic and so was the apartment . Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom . We would definitely come back and stay there again. Also the cafe that belongs to the hotel has a nice Terrasse and relaxed atmosphere with super friendly staff ! We enjoyed having breakfast there directly at the water :)

The reception staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was very efficient. We were provided with room keys for the apartments and instructions to get there.

This was the trickiest part of our experience, but it ended well, fortunately. With instructions to go to 13 Faro, we ended up trying to access a private residence with that address. After asking locals for directions, we found the gate to the apartments and were successful after that point on, with a little more help from people staying in the apartments. We are chalking it up to it being dark and we were tired after travelling all day.

Nothing really. If I had one thing to say it would have been no access to a shower if you check out and flight not till that night and your hanging around the pool. You have no access to a shower or changing room.

Great location just off the Pine Walk and beach, very clean, good on-street parking, at the quiet end of the beaches (not that anywhere in Port de Pollença is noisy!). Good cooking facilities. Modern studio apartment good size with shower and balcony. You also have the backup of the Bahia "sister" hotel if you have any issues...which we didn't..all in all a great place. Lovely pool too.

This wasn't a "didn't like" as such but it would have been good to have use of the beach towels at the Bahia to save you having to pack your own . Just extra space (and weight!) In your luggage. Would have encouraged Pollensamar guests to eat and drink in the Bahia bar and restaurant perhaps? Just a thought....

The apartments were lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy with extra bedding available in the cupboards. Kitchen perfectly stocked with all the basic items. The balcony was really big and had seating for us all. The pool area was cleaned every day and well maintained, the location was a short but very pretty walk to the main restaurants and bars.

Pretty much everything. This was our 3rd stay at Pollensamar and it was all good. The staff both there and at the associated Hotel Bahia are excellent . The rooms were always very good but have been refurbished to a high standard since our stay in 2024.

Reception open 24hrs. Friendly staff. The flat was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had all the amenities.The swimming pool was great! Location is good if you like to be on that side of the town.

The pilows had a bit of musty smell - I'm guessing from not being dried on time. The rest was good.

Location was great. Confortable and very quiet.

I was disappoibted with the cleaning. We stayed nones nights and the apartment was only cleaned one but not properly. The terrace wasn't touched. I swept and mopped myself. The apartment was very clean but would have expected to at least have 2 days of proper cleaning. I felt there should have been somewhere there, there was a girl in reception for a few hours in the morning but not every day. Its a bit worrying to think if something happens and you can't ask for help or assistance.
