I normally stay in hotels. This was great value for money. I was delighted with the facilities. Fridge .microwave cooking facilities, I made Pasta!! As usual, the TV had no channel in English. At least it was Spanish, not German.

The sheets, although very clean, were damp and I sleeped on the daybed for the first couple of nights.

The apartment was directly in the old town and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment is big and there is a separated kitchen.

I was forced to wait 40min for my check-in, since there was something broken in the bathroom. The air conditioning was only in the sleeping and living room, not in the kitchen or the bathroom. The air conditioner in the sleeping room was throwing out dirt, so that I could not use it, while in bed and the rest of the time I was forced to cover the bed with towels, to keep it clean. When I told the room staff about it, they just offer to change the bedsheets, but not to repair or clean the air conditionair.

Very easy virutal self check-in process, the apartment was brilliant for a single traveller or couple. Toaster/Fridge/Freezer/Cooking Appliance and Sink. Room had air-temperature and alot of space with a lovely view of port-pollenca bay. Fantastic Value for money

Small smell coming from pipework/drains, wasn't potent.

Huge apartment, newly renovated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, toaster), comfortable bed, clean sheets, in the beautiful centre of Alcudia, close to the bus and Mercadona supermarket. And reasonable price!

Furniture was a bit dated (but clean). Kitchen missing kettle. Bedroom window faces inner block and neighbours can be noisy, so you have to choose between cold air and silence. Flushing toilet in upstairs flat makes noise.

The location was great and handy to great restaurants. The nearest beach is between a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment.

The kitchen has hardly any cooking utensils. There is a bad smell coming from the drains. But keeping the bathroom door closed solved this problem.

very spacious appartment, very well located, very clean, bathroom very modern and clean. Easy to park a car in the vicinity of the appartment.

Apartment doesn't have a bath, only a shower. The long procedure to obtain key from the machine outside.

Spacious apartment, right next to the old town. The beds were comfortable, a nice new bathroom.

The automatic check in was a nightmare, but Mariano called me back straight away to sort things out. The apartment is a bit dated and in need of attention.

The bed very comfortable, the location was perfect,very close to supermarket, city center, beach,parking zone,playground for kids.

The apartment was well located in the central of Alcúdia. It was clean as well and I’ll definitely recommend. Check in was smooth

Check out instructions could be clearer. Some water in the fridge for guests would be nice 😀
