We only stayed for one night. The hotel is located on a small hill so the views to Mount Teide are beautiful. The hotel room was a small apartment with kitchenette which was a bonus. It was very clean and overlooked the swimming pool on the ground floor. The terrace was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. There was free parking, another bonus if you have a car.

It's slightly far and up a hill so not well located if you're looking for accommodation close to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. You really need a car or rely on taxis to get about. The car park although big seemed to be very full and we only just managed to get a space.

The room view out over the ocean was amazing. The restaurants were also a beautiful feast.

I requested separate beds but had to have a double bed for the first night which was awkward at best. Reception did resolve this. Having an unnecessary kitchen in the room without any utensils or even the means to boil water seemed a wasted opportunity. I also really wanted to do some swimming but the hotel pools were freezing.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a wide selection of local delicacies. The location of the hotel turned out to be perfect – close to the center, yet in a peaceful area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

We found the facilities to be excellent, the staff to be exceptionally helpful especially Daniel who sorted out a concern with our return taxi arrangements and many of the dining room staff especially Shirley and the head chef. The food was exceptional in view of the variety of choices and the standard of cooking and presentation The situation was perfect and the whole holiday experience was first class and one we will certainly repeat

On a half board basis if you wish to snack at lunchtime you have to pay the same price if it’s for a piece of fruit or a fully cooked meal with starters and pudding at the buffet

Very friendly staff, very good variety of food at breakfast, lunch & dinner (including various types of meat & seafood, which we love), great views from the hotel grounds & room, we had a great time & enjoyed ourselves despite the weather not being too good (untypically rainy & cloudy during the 10 days we stayed in April). Thank you to all the friendly staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

Rooms & some of the hotel areas are a bit dated & need renovation, but was still fine for us overall. Some shows in the evenings could have been better & more diverse (most were just solo/duet signing & dancing performances), but with a good company & a couple of drinks we still had a great time!

I liked everything, especially breakfast and facilities (gym, swimming pools, garden) Special remark to Mr. Marcos, at the buffet restaurant (very kind and helpful). We stayed in a premier room, with seaview and it was wide, clean and very comfortable. Refurbishment of the refrigerator included as well as coffee etc . Housekeeping very gentle ad supportive (they also provided us a heater as it was very cool these days). Beds and pillow superb, almost never slept so well in a hotel.

The location is nice up on the hill, immersed in a silent garden but the problem, that doesn't depend on the hotel, is that in such a location is almost never sunny due to Teide mountain.

The room was HUGE, with a big terrace. Actually, there were two rooms, a living with a small kitchen and the sleeping room. The bath has a hydro massage tube, wonderful. The hot water was really-really hot. Nice lawn, nice location, nice pool. Great food, great view - you can choose mountain or sea view, both equally great, as the sea is quite far and you are looking at it above the city.

The furniture look old, some dents in the wood, the upholstery had a seemingly discolored tint (at the second look, it seems it was a designer choice, the color was the same on less visible places). The kitchen in the room has no pots, no morning coffee for you. Also, there is no water dispenser, or (free) water source. I drank (a bit of) tap water, no problems. The halls look a bit as in "Shining", very long, and empty, but was fun as long as no horror stuff was involved. The receptionist has an opportunity to shine but she missed - I've got a traffic fine and I was asking for help paying it, but her help was a little half hearted (she doesn't get any fines by now, wonderful citizen) and in the end I payed it myself after I found the english section of the site.

The rooms are very spacious with huge beds. There is a nice large lounge area with a seating area and table, plus a large balcony overlooking the pool and Puerta de la Cruz. The variety and quality of food at breakfast and dinner is absolutely superb. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and attentive. The amenities and grounds of the hotel are superb. The location just outside the city in its own grounds on top of a hill is fantastic. Everything was perfect and cannot be faulted.

Very good and tasty breakfast and dinner with plenty of options to choose (greens, fruits, breads, youghurts, warm dishes, sweet treats, salads, cheeses, soups). We had only breakfast included in the room price but ate dinner twice at the hotel. Good value for dinner. Big rooms and huge bed. Jacuzzi in the room. Location easy for cars and day trips (next to the highway), free parking. Nice views towards the mountains (note that it is still city view due to proximity of the highway and nearby shopping area) and the sea from the pool area. Very friendly staff (Rafa from the animation team especially!). Nice evening programs and shows. Decoration and furniture is old fashioned but still functional.

It's a bit noisy due to proximity of the highway. Also quite thin walls between the rooms and corridor (we could hear somebody pee and sneeze in the next room). It's not a hotel for sun bathing. The hotel building shades the main pool area and blocks the sun before 10 and after 15. There are some other sun bathing areas on lawn next to the kids play area and tennis/sport court. The other swimming pool was closed but I guess it receives more sunshine during the day. There is not much to see nearby and at least not by foot (eg. you cannot access the nearby shopping center easily on foot). We had a car so it was not an issue. There is also a daily bus shuttle to Puerto Cruz. Many older German guests who did not like kids running around.
