We only stayed for one night. The hotel is located on a small hill so the views to Mount Teide are beautiful. The hotel room was a small apartment with kitchenette which was a bonus. It was very clean and overlooked the swimming pool on the ground floor. The terrace was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. There was free parking, another bonus if you have a car.

It's slightly far and up a hill so not well located if you're looking for accommodation close to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. You really need a car or rely on taxis to get about. The car park although big seemed to be very full and we only just managed to get a space.

The room view out over the ocean was amazing. The restaurants were also a beautiful feast.

I requested separate beds but had to have a double bed for the first night which was awkward at best. Reception did resolve this. Having an unnecessary kitchen in the room without any utensils or even the means to boil water seemed a wasted opportunity. I also really wanted to do some swimming but the hotel pools were freezing.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a wide selection of local delicacies. The location of the hotel turned out to be perfect – close to the center, yet in a peaceful area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

The view is really nice. The rooms are very big. You have a living room, a kitchen and a separate room with the beds. The staff is really polite. You have 2 pools, one of them is only for adults.

First of all, the trash in the kitchen had not been cleaned up after the previous guests. There was a very bad smell in the living room, and later we discovered the garbage. We went to the reception to report the issue, and it was resolved. They offered us a bottle of wine, but it was still an unpleasant experience from such a large hotel. Although they told us the pool was heated, it was extremely cold.

We found the facilities to be excellent, the staff to be exceptionally helpful especially Daniel who sorted out a concern with our return taxi arrangements and many of the dining room staff especially Shirley and the head chef. The food was exceptional in view of the variety of choices and the standard of cooking and presentation The situation was perfect and the whole holiday experience was first class and one we will certainly repeat

On a half board basis if you wish to snack at lunchtime you have to pay the same price if it’s for a piece of fruit or a fully cooked meal with starters and pudding at the buffet

After reading quite a few bad reviews we have extremely surprised how fantastic this hotel. The good choice at all meals were exceptional. The pools were so clean and the gardens all around it were beautiful. Our cleaner Loudres was so helpful and our room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The hotel was very accommodating when I said I needed a room with a shower as not all rooms have them. And views are superb. Will definitely return.

There was nothing not to like. I would only say if you have mobility issues you will need a hire car as the road up to the hotel is extremely steep and long. Or you would need a taxi. This is only to advise not really a negative.

Very friendly staff, very good variety of food at breakfast, lunch & dinner (including various types of meat & seafood, which we love), great views from the hotel grounds & room, we had a great time & enjoyed ourselves despite the weather not being too good (untypically rainy & cloudy during the 10 days we stayed in April). Thank you to all the friendly staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

Rooms & some of the hotel areas are a bit dated & need renovation, but was still fine for us overall. Some shows in the evenings could have been better & more diverse (most were just solo/duet signing & dancing performances), but with a good company & a couple of drinks we still had a great time!

Everything was clean and amazing

I liked everything, especially breakfast and facilities (gym, swimming pools, garden) Special remark to Mr. Marcos, at the buffet restaurant (very kind and helpful). We stayed in a premier room, with seaview and it was wide, clean and very comfortable. Refurbishment of the refrigerator included as well as coffee etc . Housekeeping very gentle ad supportive (they also provided us a heater as it was very cool these days). Beds and pillow superb, almost never slept so well in a hotel.

The location is nice up on the hill, immersed in a silent garden but the problem, that doesn't depend on the hotel, is that in such a location is almost never sunny due to Teide mountain.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit spotty. However, this wasn't very important to me compared to the overall fantastic experience.
