The Hotel was immaculate. Our twin room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and food was well presented. The variety of food altered across our three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helped to meet our needs quickly. We requested a kettle and a room safe key both of which were sorted quickly. We used the spa which was fantastic, we booked ahead and during our visit there were six adults including us using the facilities. The staff in the spa were kind and very accommodating. The bar staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us. They were very busy and worked exceptionally hard despite being challenged by some guests at times!

Sadly, some of the other hotel guests were rude and noisy. Obviously this was not the hotel's fault and timing was unfortunate on our part. Hotel staff were clearly aware of the disruption and the unsociable behaviour and worked hard to meet the needs of all guests.

Great relaxing time. Liked the restaurant and bar terrace. Pretty chill with big cozy public spaces

Far away from everything, they have a shuttle bus to town but not working in weekend and just few trips/day. Not good entertainment, pool closed quite early and spa not often open

The room was well equipped and comfortable. It had all that I needed and I really loved the view of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other.

Nothing much, but I wish I had booked on another week where there were no teenagers making noise most evenings.

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

Location: not 'terribly bad', though, it takes 10 minutes from bus station by walk

The value for money was my biggest drive. It felt more quiet than expected. The staffs happiness when you know a few phrases in spanish

Had a "water" problem in my room that i reported. As it was on the last day i would not complain. The pillow wasnt to my liking. The lack of spanish/local food at the buffet. I dont travel to canary islands or the peninsula to eat food that isnt spanish. (Churros & paella isnt really enough). Had quails as i was given space 18 for my rental car. I had no reason to use the handicap space. If the definition of Sangria is half wine, half diet coke, ice cube & one slice of orange then its an afront to spanish culture...

There were plenty of things to do, and the food was good, not amazing, but definitely good enough. Lots of selection of different kinds of food.

The only thing that put me off booking the room I did was every morning at 7 am. I would be either woken up by people moving furniture upstairs or the bar moving kegs in the celler. Other than this, my room was lovely. I stayed in one of the Jr suits next time I would book a cheaper room in hopes I would be quiter

lifeguard wouldnt let me backflip off rocks .no parking!! had to park down road and walk everytime didnt get a good view from balcony

Pool great, food a little limited but good, room clean and tidy and regular clean. Only exception was young people on the hotel list arriving drunk late in early hours after a night out and losing their keys and causing a commotion . Hotel may consider limiting clientele or guests

Literally everything, they were caring, understanding, the room even as an adult was a damn room to die for, having autism being in a completely foreign county can and has been stressful but these people tried their absolute hardest to help in any way they can. Loved the roosters they had roaming but the girlfriend had the fun idea of feeding them from the balcony the first few days they ended up waking us up at 6am every morning for food 😂. Other than that I've stayed in 5* hotels that don't touch the surface on this place. Can't recommend more to go. If you got the option, go.
