Great location, amazing staff

Very dark room, depressing, window view is just facing another room, so curtain always needs to be closed.

The hotel itself is really good for its price. We liked our comfortable beds, plentiful breakfast, the cleanness of our room and the sight from the roof. We also appreciated that the hotel is very close to nearly everything - to the bus station (less than five minutes of walking), to the city centre (several minutes) and to the beach (several minutes). It's also very convenient that one can arrive at 14.00 and leave at 12.00. As mentioned before, the price is more than democratic.

The central location has its downside - if a room faces the street, it can be quite noisy even at night because of people outside the hotel.

The food, breakfast had a reasonable choice but quality was poor. Hot food was lukewarm at best & fried eggs were all dried up, the sausage were strange & cold I only had one dinner, the so called soup was a strange green mush & tasted foul. The fish dish was overcooked & Luke warm the sautéed potatoes were pale, tepid & soggy, on the plus side the ratatouille & sliced pork was ok but again barely warm. Luckily I hadn’t gone 1/2 board only b&q

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was extremely clean, which made it feel so comfortable. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the bus station and right near the city center, so getting around was super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The dinners were delicious, with a huge variety of options every night. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was breakfast—it was the same every day, and the juices from the machine didn’t taste great. The hot drinks weren't much better, but the tea was actually quite good.

Location of the hotel is great and it's really central in Puerto. We were expecting this type of hotel since the value for the price was quite good. The big plus was the breakfast which is not awesome but it's good for the price.

We found one cockroach in the room which is pretty usual in this area. The breakfast was in some way quite light and there were not many options (especially for vegetarians).

Perfect location for any king of activity you were looking for. Very well connected with local transport. Good buffet for breakfast with a good variety of food. The bed was very comfortable.

For sure i wuld put an anti-slippery mat in the bath with shower.....very slippery. A bit noisy in the night time with all the windows open you can hear very well everything happenig ....not just the tv....all the rooms around......

The location is absolutely perfect, right around the corner from the bus station and in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. There is a nice coffee shop just around the corner.

The pool is very deserted, there are no umbrellas and the pool is rather small, there also no pool bar. Not a nice pool to hung out.

Problem with a parking, just all packed if you arrive late and can spend a lot of time for this. Questions to the cleanliness (was explained to the staff). Bad sound isolation (heard everything in the room next door) in the bathroom. No hairdryer and tea pot, that though basic for us. Many things for a fee (e.g., fridge, luggage weight check or playing billiard), but maybe this is fine, we haven’t requested this, just for the information. To serve scrambled eggs for a breakfast already with a meat is not a good idea for those who don’t eat meat but need to have eggs in the morning, or even those who eat meat, most often prefer to eat plain eggs and add meat/ham separately.

Location was great and room size more than adequate. The bathroom looks new and the reception staff is very efficient and friendly. But the friendliest was the Spanish wait staff lady called Beatriz at the hotel buffet breakfast. She made our day! The breakfast buffet was great and varied. The bed mattress was top notch! Room housekeeping kept the room extremely clean and replenished toiletries and fluffy towels daily.

A bit outdated.

Stayed for 3 days and it was great. The breakfast was quite wonderful considering the price. The lady who worked there was doing her job out of love and it was wonderful to look at it! Personally I enjoyed the Cappucino where there was cacao also added. The hotel reception was helpful and assisting with all questions that we had. The pool area was quite big, but the pool itself medium size as majority of the reviews wrote, but you do not need a bigger one if you are just swimming there shortly to grab some coldness in these warm days. Also at the beginning of the stay the water and fruits were a wonderful touch! We paid a bit extra to get the balcony and personally speaking it was wonderful since we drank Sangria or Wine there and enjoyed the warm air! Definitely would go back there again!

The water in the shower did not run away as quickly as I would have expected.
