Superb location when travelling between Bilbao and Southern Spain, this hotel is at the bottom of the slip road off the AP1 / E80. Yet although it is so close to the motorway it is surprisingly quiet and tranquil, with beautiful grounds ideal for exercising the dog. Non-dog owners don't need to feel uncomfortable, but it is an absolute haven for those travelling with dogs, with a specific area off reception where dogs and their humans can relax with a drink, have an evening meal and breakfast, and it is a very friendly sociable place to be. The rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed with lovely modern bathrooms, and doggie guests are provided with beds, bowls and a welcome pack.

Stayed here as an overnight stop on route back home to England from southern Spain. Great location with plenty of parking available which was included in the price. We upgraded the room and it was ideal. A sofa and more space. The decor in the room was very modern and welcoming. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower and again we loved the decoration. Comfortable beds and adequate toiletries for an overnight stay. The hotel as a whole was nice.y decorated and very clean. We didn’t have dinner but the breakfast was lovely. An excellent selection of hot and cold foods which should have something for everyone. Very friendly staff throughout.

Maybe a better explanation of what can be obtained in the cafeteria. We were hoping for some sort of hot food as , being typically English 🫣, we like to eat before 8pm when the restaurant opened.

Good size, smart, well maintained room. Dog friendly (though 17euro for the night bit steep even with the free treats!) with grass and waste bins. Massive range of super food for breakfast. Very good dinner nicely served. Sound insulation from outside road noise is pretty effective. Would definitely stay again.

In spite of it's name be aware it's not in Burgos itself, it's at Rubena (use this name in sat nav and you'll see it) It's some kilometres from Burgos so don't expect to walk to Burgos (or anywhere) to do any sight seeing! It's surrounded by big roads so great as a stopover as good connections by car.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It doesn't look the greatest when you pull up outside, but we enjoyed our stay. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything in detail. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The cafeteria served a good variety of snacks, coffee and drinks. Communication prior to our stay was great with all kinds of detail about check-in and arrival. Super quiet despite the location beside the main highway. Ample parking and EV charging facilities

Not a criticism but just be aware it's a short drive into Burgos so you'll need a car to get around if staying here.

The hotel was superb, after breaking down on the motorway en route, they even offered to send a taxi to collect me from the roadside.. how wonderful. The lady on reception, I think it was Christina, is such a lovely person and made check in swift as she knew I’d been sat on the roadside for almost 5 hours, she is a credit to the hotel. The room was like something from a manhattan apartment, impeccable and the bed was insanely comfortable. And the room was huge, felt more like a big studio than a hotel room, it was very clean and there was coffee making facilities included which was a godsend in the morning. I loved it there and highly recommend it.

The only thing I would say is that the outside doesn’t give you any idea how stunning the inside is.

The room was spacious and modern the bathroom was nice with a walk in large shower and well finished the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is dog friendly and has a separate area where you can enjoy a meal and a drink with your dogs.. just off the AP1 motorway so easy to get to. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and fenced off so could walk our dogs in safety. Considering booking the hotel for our return trip.

The bar service was slow unattended most of the time. Decided to order room service for our meal and drink via reception.

Room was great but overpriced in my opinion. I was offered an upgrade from a standard room to a suite at 100 euros. I thought this was inclusive, but it was a surcharge so price was 197 euros in total -- not including breakfast! Bearing in mind that the hotel and even Booking.com, who made the reservation, were offering the room at a much lower cost on the day! Didnt get to eat due to the cost. :-(

Check in was really quick and easy. Room was excellent, warm and comfortable. Staff were very nice and understanding and dogs not an issue and welcomed. Easy to access hotel off the main motorway that made it very suitable as we left ferry in Bilboa a couple of hours earlier. Will use again but maybe stop for a couple of nights

The restaurant was very understaffed, tables left uncleaned but not the fault of the young lady trying to sort everything out. Food was very good though and at a very reasonable price

Bought a bottle of sparkling water the barman charged me 4 euros I sat down and thought bout it and went back to the barman and asked if that was right and he gave me 2 euros back so I think he is on the Fidel when we booked in to the hotel the receptionist asked if we would like na upgrade I said how much she said 10 euros extra when paid on checkout we were surprised it 113 euro when I booked the hotel it was 93 euro including breakfast so I should paid 103 euros

Well located and served the purpose for what we needed, a dog friendly one night stay off the main road. The hotel was large, with plenty of parking and a gym which was a bonus. Dog friendly. Large rooms with comfortable beds.

Lacked extra facilities like tea/ coffee making in the room. Although dog friendly, dogs not allowed in eating areas and also food was available until 8pm on arrival, which after a long day of travelling was frustrating.
