Comfortable clean room, with a fridge. Cleaning lady did a wonderful job , always with a smile and a friendly greeting, lovely lady.. There were plenty of good food choices in the dining room. Nice bar and some good entertaining evenings. Again, lovely friendly staff couldn't fault them. Very clean pool area plenty of bed availability.. Would definitely stay again..

The breakfast was lovely - would definitely reccomened the pancakes. Pool bar was open till late enough and many people sat outside at night to enjoy drinks. They had a nice pool with many lounge chairs. Location!! The hotel was a walk away from the centre of salou and close to a lovely irish restaurant ‘the Guinness tavern’. And was also close to a class irish pub ‘Danny boy’ which had music every night and was always packed. There was a bus that went from Barcelona el prat airport straight to salou and it dropped us off right outside the door. It also picked us up outside the door aswell for the way home. There was a nice games room with couches for everyone which overlooked the pool outside. The hotel is also very modern and looks expensive.

The breakfast options were the same everyday. We could not find the time we had to check out by on our booking information or the leaflets we got, so we ended up getting locked out of our room as we were suppose to be gone from it. The hotel also does not overlook the sea so would not suit if that’s the view you want!

Pool was nice. Entertainment. Atmosphere. Staff. Breakfast good. Location. We had a birthday while staying and staff left us a bottle and a card to celebrate. Thanks so much for that..so kind! Loved the fact people aren't running for loungers. Pool area didn't open till 10. So really relaxing start to the day not worrying about getting a lounger.

Only 1 issue. Our room didn't have the best air conditioning.. struggled a bit during the heat wave... not bad enough to move rooms. But not the best. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff on reception and restaurant are so lovely.

The location was pretty good, 10 min walk from main areas and a supermarket right across from the hotel. The best part of our stay was the staff! From reception, cleaners, bar staff and entertainers everyone was phenomenal. Special mention to the entertainment staff who were full of energy all day everyday and got everyone who wanted to involved. We were celebrating my partners birthday and we didn’t mention it to any of the staff but still received a bottle of complimentary wine cooler(I had decorated the room with birthday decorations and presume the cleaners caught on) this was so thoughtful and meant so much to us. Even though we didn’t get the all inclusive package, breakfast was only €7 per person and was lovely. Lunch and dinner was also available for €10-12. All of the guests brought such positive vibes with no trouble at all. We had a late flight home and got late check out till 6pm for only €40.Highly recommend this hotel!!

Good breakfast and pleasantly surprising wide range of dinner dishes. Comfortable mattress.

Unpleasant smell from drain in bathroom. Most annoying aspect of stay was staff's complete lack of control over use of sun loungers as there were never any available even though over half of them were free!! - people put towels on them and then leave them unoccupied for hours. Doesn't help that there are zero signs prohibiting guests from doing so like in other hotels- very unpleasant to witness guests fighting due to this!!!

The room was well maintained. It was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday and bedding changed every other day. We was half board. Breakfast was good, with a great choice. We ate in the restaurant for dinner every other night and there was plenty of food and choices. The food was constantly replenished and always hot. There was theme nights every night at dinner, which included Mexican, Indian, Spanish. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The only complaint would be our room was over the entertainment lounge. The first few days it was fine but at the end of the week they had flamenco dancers on and it sounded like they were right outside our door😱note to self don’t have a room above entertainment lounge🤔

Great central location and near a bus stop. Staff very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and well furnished, good space with a balcony. Breakfast was good, no queues and plenty to choose from.

For our particular room, it can be a bit noisy as you are not far away from the bins or some bars, this is personal preference.

Friendly Staff. Good selection of food at buffet breakfast and dinner. Not too far from beach, 600-800m(a little hilly) 200m from the main restaurant/shop area(mostly pedestrianised)

Air Con not brilliant(Although there was a heatwave) Smoking by the pool. Not a massive pool area, so going to the bar area shouldn't be a problem

We loved everything about the hotel the staff were so accommodating couldn't do enough for you with information ordering taxi's for us food was amazing

I can't really say that we didn't like anything because we had no issues
