The hotel was clean and tidy and there were no extra room scents or fragrances, which is really important to multi-chemical sensitive asthmatic people! Even the towels and bed clothes didn't smell of washing powder.👌 The pool area was nice, there were enough sun beds. We had half-board, which was nice. The breakfast was really good, so was the dinner. The location of the hotel was really good. The nearest beach was only five-minutes' walk away, and there were two other beaches in 10-15 minutes' walking distance. I've got bad knees, but the area was not too hilly for me at all. There was also a bus stop close by, only about 200 metres away. The shopping/restaurant (pedestrian) street started there, too.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff. The room had an excellent view of the pool, breakfast was well served and the pool was good.

The room was not in accordance with the reservation, we were given a room with two double beds pushed together making The room smaller, when making the reservation I asked for a double bed. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel offered to guests is very poor, parts of the hotel have no signal and when there was it was very bad.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, located a two minute walk from a smaller beach (right from the hotel entrance), the pool was brilliant. Amazing choice for breakfast, dinner and lunch with amazing staff that were very welcoming. We rented bikes in the hotel to cycle to Cambrills and they were perfect. The entertainment staff were outstanding providing some form of entertainment every day and every night. Their energy ensured we had an amazing holiday.

One receptionist was extremely rude and but it does not take away from all the amazing staff at the restaurant, pool, entertainment and remaining receptionists. The rooms are on the smaller side but are perfect for what we wanted. The pool could benefit from some extra sun loungers but those are very minor complaints.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Easy access to public transport and great location to main areas of Salou. Nice pool and other facilities such as pool tables and evening entertainment were good bonus! Air con in our room had a leak, the staff dealt with this superbly. They were very apologetic and we were promptly moved to a new room, right across the hall for ease of movement and were also offered half board for the rest of our stay, although we didn't expect this it was greatly appreciated!

Entertainment during the day could have been better, often there were pool side activities advertised on the time table that we were interested in that didn't end up happening that day. Although good choice for breakfast, some of the food could have been hotter.

Great location, very close to the centre and the beach. Food was ok, great variety. Animation team were very friendly. Room was ok.

We asked for early breakfast on our last day (early flight) however this was not communicated to the staff on duty. Sometimes it was quite noisy at night. Hotel should make improvements to different animation shows in the evening, the staff tried their best but it was a quite repetitive.

About 2-5 min walk to the beach. Right next to all shops and restaurants. Hotel was really modern. Didn't have to wake super early for sun loungers there were plenty. Room was really clean. No problem getting a late checkout. Great price. Good atmosphere in the hotel. Salou itself had great pubs and cocktail bars.

Some food options in the bar by the pool would have been handy like light bites for lunch like toasted sandwiches nachos goujons etc.. The food in the restaurant down stairs didn't look great though so wouldn't recommend all inclusive better off eating out in the area.

The room and the view were great. We go to salou all the time but the location was great for us

The WiFi didn't work at all. They opened the poolside at 10am and it was like wacky races people running for beds. Very limited amout of umbrellas compared to beds

Pool was decent, AC was a life saver in the scorching heat in our room. Balcony view was okay and the beds were very comfortable. Decent distance from the beach and main tourist spots.

The cocktails could've been better and more unique. The walk-in shower couldn't be used at full power without leaking water out of the bathroom and into the main bedroom. Staff could've been more helpful giving directions as their instructions came off as fairly vague. Also the bathroom door handle on the bedroom side kept falling out of its socket.

The room was very comfy 2 double beds. Shower was good and easy to use. Pool was really great with music that wasn't too loud. Barman at pool was lovely

The food was awful breakfast was better than evening meal. But choice at both was very limited and always the same. We thought it was dark with not much light. No evening entertainment so very quiet. We will not return when we come back to Salou.

The location. How Modern it was, rooms very clean and hotel overall spotless The activities during the day with the lady - brilliant! Buzz around the pool too with the families, really good!

Some of the reception staff could be a bit more friendly. Upon check in, we didn’t get a hello or barely any communication from the person behind the counter.
