The hotel was really clean and on a nice little street. The rooms were modern, with USB power outlet for mobile chargers. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower.

-The noise from the other guest! Drunk young people are never fun, BUT I have to say, the doors are were soundproofed, so by the time they were inside their rooms, you hardly heard them. Of course it's not the hotels fault, but just so other know, party goers stay at the hotel. -The breakfast was not very good. No hot food. It was a tad hostel breakfast like. And there's loads of places around that have breakfast.

New, fresh, clean and location was great, close to the beach and supermarket. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big balcony and coffee/tea you can take downstairs. Basic but all what you need breakfast. Quick check in/out. Highly recommend!

It has AC, confortable pillows, nice bathroom and shower. also big balcony to dry your clothes after the beach. The nearest beach is 15 min walking. Staff were really nice. Small but enough.

The fact that there was only a sheet in the bed. It would have been nicer to also have something thicker to sleep

Limited human interaction, is nice in one regard but seldom was the front area staffed if you had a question

We were looking for a cheaper venue that was outside Palma de Mallorca. This really fit the bill. It was a lot cheaper, clean, a bit small but had easy access to Palma. It was also a lovely area and the staff at Mix Smart were friendly and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was a bit small but it was okay.

Simple but very clean and well kept/new facilities. Nice fresh smell of towels! Extremely friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet. Good price! Walking distance to the beach. Bus connecting with Palma center just few steps away.
