I stayed for the second time in the courtyard rooms. They are very quiet and peaceful….in fact when we woke up we had no idea what time it was as the room was lovely and dark once the shutters were down. The location is fantastic and most places are accessible within a short walk from the hotel….plenty of places to eat close by. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. We did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment on any food.

I think the room should maybe have a full length mirror in the bedroom. It might have been us not noticing but we went on the top bar and were surprised to be told they didn’t carry change or accept a card payment. As it happened we had the correct charge

location, location, location! We were located near the "Four Mushroom" sculpture in a square surrounded by cafes and activity. Very close to the metro. The Hotel is located right off the square and does have a garage ($25/day) right next door. We traveled throughout Spain with a Mercedes van and it was quite a challenge to make the turns (narrow entrance) to enter. We used public transportation or walked to most sites. It's a fun and safe place and one of my favorite stops. Be sure to book your events as they sell out quickly. If you don't have reservations, connect with tours (usually have a flag or umbrella and ask if they have cancelations. The hotel does have a rooftop bar that opens at 5pm but you can take a bottle of wine and snacks and use the area. Breakfast is fresh and convenient to start your day and there is a beautiful courtyard that you pass to the restaurant. No lunch or dinner served.

Be aware that there is no post office close by and the hotel does not handle outgoing mail or have stamps to buy if you want to send postcards.

The position of the hotel - very central, enabling easy access to the old town and most sites worth visiting. Very kind and helpful front desk personnel. Good breakfast. Decent room. Fantastic period to visit Sevilla, during the Holly Week (Semana Santa).

Very high price for b&b, even if we booked it way in advance. Probably because it coincided with Semana Santa? Or is this the current hotel price level in Spain for central locations? Who knows?

The location is perfect right in the center within walking distance of all sights. The staff were excellent and the room was perfect size comfortable bed and clean. Restaurants bars and the setes right outside the front door.

The fact the weather was not great so couldn't make use of the roof top bar,nothing the hotel could do about the rain .

We loved the location and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially Carlos who gave us some great suggestions for unusual things to see.

I would have loved some tea and coffee in the room but this isn't one of the services and not a deal breaker. There was nothing we didn't like.

We were looking for a hotel for our overnight stay in Sevilla, we found this one and choose it initially for its good value. After staying here, we can say it is a lovely boutique hotel, great location, very central, with loads of food options close by, clean & tidy, with WIFI & friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately we stayed on a Monday/Tuesday and access to the rooftop terrace was closed these days, but not a big issue

Fabulous location, king-sized room The location is exceptional. It is a fantastic landmark and close to just about everything. I was really surprised by the size of the room: broad and huge! The staff was very attentive at all hours. I was there during New Year’s Eve and there were always key personnel present. As strange as this may sound, if I were the hotel owner I would improve the portfolio of photographs on booking. I was expecting something normal and I was presented with something outstanding. Highly recommended! The location alone ensures you zero costs in mobility. The room will make your batteries recharge completely!

Literally nothing to point out. Everything was above my best expectations. This is a three-star hotel, however, some of its features in the room were better than several four-star hotels I've been before.

The hotel and the reception were very good, the room was very good with a good bathroom and shower, with a ladies hair drier as well. The hotel is in the centre of the old town of Sevilla with a big number of churches and a massive Cathedral all within a few minutes walk. We also got on a tourist bus and we got off at a number of stops to see very good old places.

Our bedroom had no views, it faced a white wall. The room is small, which is fine, but the furniture is bulky and makes the room even smaller. There were no bedside lamps or little lights in the room so you either have to have the room fully lit up or complete darkness. The bathroom had no extractor fan so no ventilation in there.

The breakfast was okay but it was the same items on the menu every day, so it was a bit disappointing in that respect.

The girl that was in charge of the catering for breakfast was very rude and he attitude was not acceptable, as we were meeting friends who had travelled from Portugal we all wanted to sit together for breakfast, but informed us that we couldn't put the tables together for breakfast, but gave no reason as to why we couldn't.
