The rooms was immaculate and comfortable. Easy check in with pleasant staff

Currently the hotel is just a series of rooms . The pool and restaurant area is under construction so it has no facilities. We knew this when we booked but it is worth mentioning incase people aren’t aware

Return visit. Liked it even more this time. Very lovely and attentive staff. Breakfast is extremely good with many options.

On our last night, there was a distinct and unpleasant odour in our room which lingered throughout the night despite leaving the patio door open. I was told that the wind caused it and it sometimes happens. How can the smell get into your room if the doors and windows are closed? The lady at reception said that it comes through the plumbing. I also found the mattress too hard.

Very nice pool, good and diversified breakfast, very friendly staff especially at breakfast and room cleaning. Spacious rooms with terrace. Very confortable mattress. Hotel situation is awesome, very quiet and peaceful place in the middle of San Roque Golf Club. We got an upper room as ours had a very bad smell which was a nice gesture from the staff.

No TV in the room, very limited choice for dinner buffet whereas the price is very high.

The room had a good ambiance, it was quiet and you had a lot of privacy. The pool was also very nice with a fancy bar directly accessible from the pool.

The only thing I can criticize is that there was mold on one wall in the hotel room. A car is a must have if you want to get around in the area.

Comfortable room with super comfy bed. A small terrace outside was nice. Room was a good size and nicely decorated. The dressing gown and slippers were a welcome bonus. USB sockets in plugs by bed were useful.

Signage wasn't great, not obvious where it is and no numbers on the bedroom doors. Was not easy to find. Nespresso machine was on a shelf without a plug so had to wander around the room to find an appropriate place to plug it in. Shelves were full of all the products you could pay for so no room for Nespresso that you could use.

The room was lovely with great facilities - conditioner! Pool excellent and the restaurant food was amazing.

Had to wait over an hour to check in. Some of the restaurant staff were clearly still in training and not super efficient but still pleasant. Terrace was joined to the next room with no barrier at all, so not private. A bit misleading in the room photos.

Love the inmood. The suites are amazing. Staff were accommodating .

Two staff on reception at all times as when someone checks in it takes ages and I may simply want to change pool towels. Breakfast could be better.

Depends on when you go, but this place was seriously good value for money when we went, good breakfast, a stylish room and a nice pool

You need a car as it is a short drive from Sotogrande, but it’s nice to be up in the hills by the golf course

Beautiful room with a very nice garden terrace in a nice setting.

I was there from Saturday afternoon until Tuesday morning and there were two big all day long parties at the club house which is 100m away. The stereo from the party was very loud and disagreeable all day and evening long!!!

Hotel is under-going a re-fit so we had breakfast at Golf Club, which was excellent

The hotel is being re-furbished, but we were aware and were kept informed, so no issue Will definitely re-visit once all the work is complete
