Before arrival I was requested an early check in, a big thank to the staff who arranged that. Since arrival at the hotel until departure everything was perfect. All staff were very helpful and attentive to our requirements. Food was delicious and mouth watering. The location was perfect for my requirements It was very quiet and calm. They have a nice pool and kids pool, my daughter was really happy with the pool. The hotel was very clean and tidy, well maintained. The huge bathroom and beds are also very comfortable. Our family often travels to Kandy this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Kandy. We will definitely book this place for our future visits Thank you everyone who makes our stay happy.

There is nothing I don't like

Only a few clicks away from the heart of Kandy, this hotel is ideally situated in a splendid, quaint residential area. The room was spacious, the pool was relaxing, and the balcony was a nice added bonus. The breakfast was (more than) ample with lots of international and local options. I loved the sambal while my daughter was more than content with the eggs, cereal, bread, and hot dogs. Also on the property is a karaoke bar, and for only 1000 rupees per hour, it offered lots of entertainment for a very fair price. The Wi-Fi was also extremely reliable, only cutting out a couple of times. In terms of the immediate area, just down the hill are supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. We did order from the hotel restaurant two times, and both times satisfied. All around, a place that's well taken care of and family-friendly.

The gym is not a gym at all. It's a couple of broken down machines in the corridor of the second floor.

Great Location midst of nature easy proximity to must go places. Hotel provided comfortable room, mattress and facilities for pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and was easy to communicate with staff.

Access to hotel was very narrow lane with only one vehicle movement. House keeping needs to be improved inside and balcony. Air freshener could have been sprayed to keep the room better feel. Food options could be better and breakfast option needs to be improved. Mosquito & Flies were to much brothering and needs to be addressed.

Usually, we never use hotel pillows and bed sheets, but not with this one, it was Exactly as shown in the Pictures, VERY CLEAN and comfortable I felt at home modern new Furniture, a lot of plugs near the bed, you can control the lighting while lying on the bed, very bright room. The top roof pool is amazing, crystal clear with beach chairs and clean towels . The hotel cares about nature and sustainability, I loved that, blended perfectly in the jungle area without disturbing, buffet breakfast was Local and continental. the staff are always smiling and helpful. i will stay again in the same hotel on my next visit

Great breakfast, great dinner, fancy rooms, it shows big money invested there. payment with creditcard without taking additional amount of money, Friendly staff!

The cleanliness should be improved . an European traveller should want more to feel comfortable. even though, there are not much to complain, the hotel meet the local expectations. The location is a little bit far from the centre, you need transportation to get there

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We got a western breakfast which was also good. Overall the stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

I made the booking on the 06th of April 2023 and thereafter called and confirmed the booking via phone call on the 12th of April 2023. But on the 15th Morning at 11.30 am i get a call asking me to cancel my booking when i was on my way to the hotel. This was disturbing and not very professional. When I inquired they informed that they have received another booking under the same name. which is highly unlikely. So it would have been better if they rechecked their records properly and then informed me. So it would have been less complicating and confusing.

The room has reasonable space. all the facilities are available and working properly. Bed is really comfy with large bed, AC, hot water, TV and coffee making facility are available and everything works perfect. Easy to reach Kandy city within few minutes. The rooftop swimming pool brings additional relaxation where you can swim calmly especially in the evening or at night.

The location is calm and quiet. Easy access to Kandy. The staff was very friendly. All the facilities such as gym, swimming pool were available. It is more than expected. Worth for money. Foods were delicious. Highly recommend for visiting

We reserved a room with BB only. So, it is better to ask preference of the visitors for the meal whether it is a Sri Lankan or English. Anyhow we had a delicious breakfast

The place was clean and had all the amenities we required. The staff was friendly. Specially the receptionist who took care of everything. The location is okay.

The wifi was not working. In the night the hot water was not working.
