The dining area people.. they were super friendly and really nice.

The gym instructor. I don't know the name. We try to take a photo there inside of the gym. The instructor shouted at us saying not allowed to be there in gym without t-shirts like that. He is really a low mind set person. It is okay if it is a rule but there was no any kind of mention regarding that. We just try to take a photo as a memory that poor mindset person eat that moment

Staff were wonderful. The pool view was gorgeous and the pool was clean and well maintained. There were a few different places to hang out, eat or relax. Everything clean and modern. food and drinks were lovely. A nice little bit of luxury among a few days of harder travel.

The bathroom doors were a little weird to open and close and the hot water took a while to get going but nothing major.

The infinity pool offered an unforgettable experience, providing a captivating view of the town’s nightscape. The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the cuisine was both flavorful and well-presented

The restaurant was quite crowded, and it would have been preferable if arrangements were in place to accommodate all guests comfortably and without inconvenience

It’s in a convenient spot, about 7 km from Kandy town. The rooms were a bit smaller than we’d have liked, but the facilities were excellent, especially the hot water shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious too.

The floor-to-ceiling glass windows, without a balcony, can feel a bit intimidating to approach.

Beautiful Hotel with a huge and very delicous buffet, and the friendliest staff in the world. Issues with a safe were immiediatly handled to our satisfaction.

Only downside one could mention was the unavailiability of some items on the menus, although there were a great variety of delicious alternatives.

I like hotel facilities, staff is very good and supportive, location is nice, swimming pool is well maintained (water is clean and water temperature is controlled), food from hotel restaurant is good

Loved the overall service from the staff, that was exceptional! The buffet was definitely our favorite part as the food was great! Loved spending time at the pool, such a vibe!

There was flooding in the bathroom so maybe needs some plumbing attention! Other than that everything was spot on!

This fairly new hotel in Kandy offers a lovely touch of luxury – everything is clean and modern, the staff service is exceptional, the infinity pool is stunning and well kept, and there are plenty of great spots to hang out, dine, or unwind with delicious food and drinks.

Amazing food selection at the morning and evening buffet, with amazing service. The curry corner was our favourite. Pool was fantastic

Hot water wasn’t instant for shower and tap in our room, had to wait up to 20 min for a warm shower

Excellent Customer service

The food at the Cosmos Skybar restaurant didn’t meet my expectations , the portions were quite small and felt low in quality considering the high price. Overall, it didn’t offer good value for money. Although the breakfast buffet was good .
