This is very good hotel. And staff also. They are very friendly. Location also very good. You can find Pick Me drivers easily in few seconds. Facilities are excellent. We didn't expect like this facilities. All are very good. I haven't say any bad experiences with this hotel😍.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! A big thank you to Mr. Dinesh, the Hotel Manager, whose warm smile and attentive care made every guest feel truly welcome. He was always ready to help and ensured everyone was well looked after. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, helpful, and well-trained. The room was extremely spacious, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom, strong Wi-Fi, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located and offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this unique city hotel to anyone visiting. Come and experience genuine Sri Lankan hospitality at its best!

Very friendly staff (especially the man serving our breakfast), very good breakfast, clean rooms.

Although the checkout time was crearly indicated at 12.00, they literally pushed us from the room at 11.15 because another guests were coming. Not pleasant experience at all.

 I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities .I will recommend others for sure!

I stayed in two different rooms, as I booked an additional night last minute. Both rooms were extremely clean and had a mini fridge and TV. The hotel staff were very helpful, they carried my bags to my room, arranged an external laundry service and adviced on local eateries. Location was good, walkable distance to the centre (approx 15 mins) or a short tuk tuk away (200 rupees). The hotel is excellent value for money (I paid £14/16 per night). The shower also has excellent pressure.

We were in delux rooms and it was wonderful and spacious. The place is just a short walk from the city center and the view and quietness was well worth it. The rooms were clean and the furniture looked new. As mentioned in the comments before the wallpaper gets unattached at some corners but it was not disturbing in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place. The staff was super helpful and paid lots of attention to us. Certainly recommend this place.

Big, comfortable rooms. Everything was very clean. All necessary amenities in the room, including tea making facilities, an in-room refrigerator, and a hairdryer. Staff was friendly. The wet towel they provided while we were checking in was a nice touch! Because of the inclined location, the common balcony provides a nice hill view. Had a brief stay but enjoyed it.

You can see some wear on the hotel—the wallpaper was peeling slightly in the corners. The wifi took an hour or so to get online. Also the hotel is on a steep incline road, making walking in one direction (towards the lake) very difficult! Currently their kitchen is under renovation so you have to inform them of breakfast requirements early the previous day

Absolutely everything. From The moment we arrived , not only was the hotel itself comfortable, clean, excellently fitted out, location just perfect (easy short tuktuk ride to center city) but the management & staff went out of their way to be attentive and helpful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful time in Kandy.

We had no complaints at all, everything was an example of how a hotel should be run.

The whole property was neat and clean and well maintained including the reception area, corridors, dining area, common area and the lift. The room was slightly small in size but neat and clean. The Restroom/bathroom was super clean with nice hot water shower and hygiene facilities. Staff is very nice, kind, humble and friendly personal with always big smile. Staff is always available to help you. This is value added benefit at no cost while staying at this accommodation. The staff helped me in arranging a Tuk-Tuk to the bus stand at local rate. Given welcome drink. Easy check-in and check-out process with the acceptance of credit card for payment. The room comes with Coffee/Tea kettle and drinking water bottle that an added benefit. Good Aircon and Lift facility. Apparently room charges are lower while taking account of facilities and services provided by the hotel. Definitely great value for money.

Location is slightly far away from the city center. You need to walk at least 1.5 to 2 kms for food, visiting Lake, Tooth Temple, and other tourist places. Either you can walk or can take Tuk-Tuk @ Rs. 250 to 300 for each trip. Definitely, this will add up the cost of your stay in Kandy. The room comes with a small balcony but installed two outdoor units of Aircon. Loud noise. Hence, the balcony cannot be used for any practical purpose. This is a little bit of misleading claim of room with balcony.

I recently stayed at this hotel located in the middle of the city. The rooms are in pristine condition, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience. The hotel management provides excellent service, attending to every need with professionalism and warmth.Given its prime location and top-notch amenities, it's undoubtedly the best value for money. If you're looking for a place to stay, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!
