Warm stuff and beautiful scenery from the roof top(You can enjoy food and drinks there. What’s more, you can have a nice conversation with other tourists. It can surely be a wonderful experience you’ve not had in your daily life.

I found it difficult to get hot water in a bathroom. But, since I was in a bathroom without clothes, I gave up calling stuff and having them teaching us how to get hot water, and took a shower with cold water, but still nice. So, I strongly recommend you to ask stuff the way you can get hot water at the time of check in.

Before coming to Kandy I was thinking of whether I should stay uphill with a beautiful view or more in the city center. And this hotel turned out to be a perfect solution because it is right in the city center 7-8 min walk to the Buddha Tooth Temple and at the same time it has a nice rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was good too.

My room was overlooking the street. It was very noisy. The stairs are very high. It is not very convenient to go upstairs and downstairs. And with the luggage it was even worse. I am also 196 cm and the way upstairs/downstairs is not suitable for tall people.

this is a decent basic hotel that we choose for it's location on the route of the 5th day of the perahera. with a room at the first floor at street side and a roof top terrace overlooking the street and also place in front of the hotel this was fantastic value for money in these expensive and busy days in Kandy. But even outside the perahera we could recommend this hotel with it's central location, great roof top restaurant bar and most friendly and helpfull staf. rooms and bathrooms basic, but clean and functioning with warm water. Everything on walking distance from here.

This hotel is situated at the centre of Kandy & pretty much all the main Attractions are at walking distance. The common area has a breathtaking view of Sri Bodhi maha Viharaya. AC works well, bed sheets are clean. Bathroom is equipped with all modern amenities. The freshener used in the room was amazing. Upon asking, the staffs took extra steps to provide me the same liquid to bring it back home. The interior in the Hallway gives good backdrops to the pictures, I would highly Recommend this place if you're looking for an amazing stay at an affordable rate in the heart of Kandy. I wish the staircase would be not that much steep

The room was clean and the staff is very polite and helpful They have a restaurant which serves delicious food, please do try their menu. You may find one in the room. Please do inform the staff to make the food less spicy otherwise i think it would be supper hot (I guess they increase the spicy level for locals but its better to let them know) The location is very convenient for visiting Dalada Maligawa, Train Station, Bus Stand and for Pickme Taxis.

Some matters related to the room Room No 21 The washroom Lock was not working properly The Switch & Plug point in the washroom is exposed to the Shower, which could be a bit hazardous The bath cubical door is a bit hard to close

The value for the room was excellent, it's a simple place pretty well hidden, but I really like the rooftop bar and restaurant, the food was delicious. I would recommend this place if you're just going to be in candy for 1 or 2 days. The staff was very flexible about extending my trip, and are happy to give recommendations as to what to do.

They close the gates after 11:00 and so you have to ring a bell in order for people to come in, here's a long set of stairs with low ceilings to get to the residence itself, Aunt there was no hot water in the shower, and no comforter or quilt on the bed. These are small little nitpicky things. None of this is a deal breaker for me.

Very central location. If you’re taking a morning train, this is a great hotel for an overnight stay. The staff were incredible. Very helpful. I had an issue with my train ticket to Ella and they went above and beyond to help me sort it out. They even called me when I was at the train station to make sure that I got on my scheduled train. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff! The rooms are comfortable, but nothing special which is fine. We asked to change one of our rooms as the one we got first was quite noisy and they arranged this without a problem! I forgot something when I left the hotel and the owners were kind enough to try and find a way for me to get it back! Perfect location to explore Kandy! Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was really nice😊

One of the rooms were very noisy, although we were able to change rooms! Also, the other room had quite a small window, but this also helped keep the room at a more cool temperature.

Nice room with AC, good value for money, the location is very good, in the center of the town, close to bus and train station, quiet in the night. Good laundry service.

We had a leak from the window when it started to rain, there was quite a lot of water in the room, but staff helped us very quickly, cleaned it up and sealed the window with towels. There is no mosquito net on the bed. Other than that just the small things like not working handles, bathroom door and shower door, but that's usual Sri Lankan standard I guess 😅

Property was very well located, close to all restaurants, shops, train station and bus station. Big double bed with a mosquito net was a plus as well as a big bathroom and fridge. Restaurant on top has a great deal for breakfast, $5 for a fruit platter, English breakfast and tea/coffee, well worth the price.

Not a big issue but a lot of steps and low ceiling for taller people caring bags
