The stay was wonderful, and the hotel is very wonderful, with a privileged location in the city center and close to all the tourist attractions .. The room is beautiful, although its view is not good .. Clean and the furniture is consistent .. The location is superb - smack in the middle of the city. We stayed only one night so didn't get a chance to explore fully but we did see a few bars on the way. A kindly employee hopped in the car with me and led me to the hotel's own off- street parking space. Nice! The room was spacious, had a fridge and s shower. All Good.

The little things: the room could be a bit cleaner and the mattress had better days. Also, the fridge was switched off when we arrived so it took a while to get going. But for the money ... it's ok.

The hotel is in a great location. It is in walking distance to restaurants, train station, and the temple of the tooth. The room had plenty of space, and was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We bumped into the hotel restaurant staff on the street who greeted us, and looked out for us. We had left behind a few items in the room and the team assisted by arranging a courier. They were kind, considerate and professional.

Great location as the hotel is located heart of Kandy city. You can walk to temple of tooth, Kandy city shopping centre, Laksala and every where. Kandy train station is only 10 mins away. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room it self was very spacious and had city views. Bathroom was amazing with great hot water pressure. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The corridor carpets smelled and I recommend probably doing a good clean of the area.

Good hotel, nice size of room and bathroom, central location. I slept well and it was quiet (301 room) The light above the bed did not work. Common areas could be cleaner but still okay, some lovely paints and decor. Professional staff. I would choose Kandy City Hotel by Earl's to stay again.

Kandy City hotel is the best hotel in Kandy. Very reasonable prices. I've been here for a few days with my family, and I must say that I'm overjoyed that we discovered this spot. All thanks to the helpful, kind staff. This location may undoubtedly make you feel at home. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the room was gorgeous and very clean with the most comfortable bed. We enjoy a wonderful night while gazing at the stunning mountain scenery. Excellent breakfast; we were so pleased with our stay that we really planned to depart. Overall, I had the best stay of my life in Kandy, and I will return there without a doubt. I also plan to tell everyone about this location. I'm grateful for everything.

Management and staff have done a great job on delivering excellent service from check-in to check out, including a full sumptuous breakfast. We will definitely be going back to this hotel on our next visit to Kandy. Centrally located, walking distance to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy cultural dance, KCC Mall, and the local market. Train station is also less than 10 minutes away.

There are really supportive staff, cleaned and cozy rooms. All the facilities are so comforting. Location is the most important as the place is just few minutes away from KCC, Sacred temple of tooth relic, bus stop, railway and all the resturants around.

Good hotel at the heart of Kandy City. Close to everything and you can walk everywhere.. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and had a balcony as well with city views. Bathroom was great with good water pressure for both cold and hot water.

I recommend cleaning the corridor carpets as they smelled a little.

Old hotel in the centre of the Kandy city, always great, cause it's has it history! I like it for the old good furniture, classy style, soundproof rooms and location

Bad breakfast, cheap ingredients, so last time i had breakfast in nearest cafe, if you upgrade the breakfast, people will appreciate it
