I had an incredible experience at View 360 Hotel Kandy. Perched on a hilltop, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kandy — a true highlight of the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed with large windows that let you soak in the scenery. The rooftop restaurant is a standout feature, with outdoor seating that provides absolutely stunning views — perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a peaceful dinner under the sky. The hospitality was second to none. Mr. T. Rizan Jamel, the manager, was professional, kind, and went out of his way to ensure every guest felt welcome. The rest of the staff were equally courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly — creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. If you're visiting Kandy and want a quiet, scenic escape with exceptional service, I highly recommend View 360 Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Purple & pink decor was fun. The staff were lovely especially Tuan who let us use a small room for free because our flight wasn't till the evening The food was good & breakfast was nice

The wifi was on & off & our room phone wasn't working. The need to clean the windows, mirrors & glass ceiling in bathrooms Its on top of hill with 360c views but the bar was closed due to a festival which we weren't told about & disappointed we couldn't have a drink on the rooftop with the view Also its abit far out of town so you need a tuk to go anywhere

We liked everything ♥️ staff was very helpful and polite, and the swimming pool was good in size. Each area was very clean. We also have full body aroma massage, which was really relaxing and comfortable. Staff recommend tuk-tuk taxi , who took as to most beautiful places around and help our experience to be excellent. We are very happy with staying there and will definitely come again.

AC wasn't working well in the room,we couldn't get AC to work longer than 8 minutes, but we managed to sleep without it

Overall I had a really really lovely stay at View360. The staff are so sweet and attentive, my room was huge, clean and very comfortable and had the lost spectacular views. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the staff were very flexible in serving it early if needed. The highlight was probably watching the flying foxes and monkeys playing in the trees outside the hotel.

The gym area needs a deep clean and a refresh. The gym geta very hot because of all of the windows and the air conditioning is not very strong (and the remote control is missing). Additionally, the gym is laid put poorly so you have to drag equipment around to make space. Finally, the main weights machine needs to be oiled, the weights currently get stuck making any kind of exercise very difficult and potentially dangerous.

The views were sensational. Loved the rooftop pool. A stunning place to relax in the sun with the breeze on you. Incredible view from the little gymnasium. The rooftop bar looked great but it wasn’t open. The monkeys in the trees outside our room’s huge windows were beautiful to watch.

I think this hotel could be amazing with better management and updating. Although we enjoyed our one night stay a few things were a little peculiar.. including only 4 sunbeds, the first items we ordered from the menu weren’t available, no beers at all available in the restaurant or anywhere in the hotel, the decor looked tired everywhere, hairdryer didn’t work, flickering lights and noisy air con, the gym equipment wasn’t the best.

First of all, we liked the panoramic roof and the swimming pool on the top. You can see all Kandy! The hotel is close to Udawatta Kelle Sanctuary, so we saw two hornbills on the palm tree very close, soaring eagles and monkeys. Our presidential suite was big enough with two separate bedrooms in different corners. The meal was tasty and served at time.The chef and helpers came each time and asked what we prefer. Sri Lankan coffee was strong and hot.

We liked almost all, but some small things need imroving. For example, it is not possible to have dinner in the restaurant on the roof for ordinary guests, only if special order. So, this facility does not work to a full extent for hotel guests. The windows in our presidential suite were not clean enough, and the floor in the hotel wasn't also. There was no one in the swimming pool area to give towels after breakfast. The room keeper should explain something about room facilities.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were satisfied with the stay. The hotel is located approximately 3 km from the center of Kandy. A TukTuk typically costs 300-600 LKR into the city, you can use the hotel's own TukTuk driver. 450m down the road you will find both a greengrocer, grocer and baker. The staff acted polite and friendly. We really appreciated the large, clean room with the beautiful view and access to the terrace. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent with hot water. There was air conditioning, fridge, kettle, TV and it all worked. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is excellent unfortunately there are only 3 sunbeds. The breakfast was adequate. You can choose between 3 menus on the dining menu, but unfortunately we could not choose the Sri Lankan breakfast on any of the days. If you stay overnight at View 360, you get value for your money, which is why they get our best recommendation.

There are monkeys in the area and they pass the hotel, therefore you cannot sleep with the door open. The hotel should provide clear information on how to deal with the monkeys. The hotel wifi was unusually unstable and with fluctuating speed. In general, cleaning and tidying up in the common areas could be better. Finding old beer cans, empty ashtrays and wet towels on the roof terrace is not a plus.

This hotel is highly recommended. We spent 4 days here and felt we were in good hands. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and try to fulfill all your wishes and always have a smile face.the food is great, tip curry. If there is something not on the menu, the staff don't hesitate and go to get it. The pool on the roof is large and you have an indescribable view all around. All in all, the hotel is worth a visit. Wonder spacious suites with a bedroom and separate living room with smart t.v and comfortable furniture.. The panoramic view the from the floor to ceiling and wall to walll windows is what really makes this place special. We booked in for three days and changed it to eight days. The local village is a five minute walk down the hill where there's a nice place to eat called The Chefs corner (around £1.25 for a lovely plate of food) as well as fruit shops and supermarkets. You can get a tuk tuk down to the busy town of Kandy for less than a £1. We choose to relax every day and enjoy the views. This place is underpriced for what's on offer, ignore any negative views from the ones who can't appreciate this location... Des and Sinead Scotland and Ireland

It was the best hotel from our 4 weeks trip in Sri Lanka. Perfect stay, very comfortable, clean, we really enjoyed the food, breakfast and dinner, the rooms and the pool have a great view. We returned to Kandy only to stay at this hotel and we searched online for other branches in other locations in Sri Lanka, but sadly, we did not find another one. The staff is amazing, very kind, understanding and very helpful. Jude from the reception was always helpful and we enjoyed having conversations with him. I don't understand why the hotel doesn t have a better rating, but I hope people will appreciate and than leave a great review. Great value for money.
