Love love love this hotel - This was perfect for us ! We booked 2 rooms and we had the room closed to where we could park our car, The room its self was huge and beautifully decorated with a massive bathroom with 2 showers. The whole hotel has suc a relaxed vibe which is great. Everything you need is included fridge towels beach towels can pay for laundry which was great after so many days travelling but the big golden star here are the staff!!! They are so lovely and friendly and helpful, every day we were greated with a smile and couldnt do enough for you. There is a lovelt dog on site Kiki who stole my heart was always waiting for us with a big smile and ready for some love haha!! Lovely sitting areas dotted around the grounds and even as soon as i sat down somewere before i knew it someone would be over to turn on a fan to make sure i was comftable. The location is just set back from the main road - no noise. walk acorss the main road and you are straigh on the beach it was perfect! 99% of hotel in Mirrissa are located like this as the main road runs directly in line with the beach. Very well located short walking distance to all the main restaurants and and anything you need. After staying 5 nights wejust id not want to leaave! Thank you for such a fabulous and relaxing stay.

The only point down on noise was due to the cheeky monkeys running across the roof in the early mornings, But i cant really say thats too much of a negative haha!

The property is in a good location, just set back from the main road, with the beach close by and near to lots of eateries within a short walk. The room was spacious, clean and had all the things that you need with working air conditioning, and fans. The property is like a guesthouse with cute courtyard area for relaxing. Supun helped to arrange an early tuk tuk on the morning of my check out and was so accommodating and friendly.

While I was there there was a problem with the smell of the drains from the bathroom that was affecting all the rooms. The plumber had been arranged to fix but I believe this is due to unusual weather (lots of rain) for January and not being able to cope with this. In Sri Lanka many bathrooms have a musty smell but the secret is to ask for some incense because not only does it keep the mosquitoes away it also diffuses the smell. The staff were so friendly and helpful in sorting this.

This is a quirky hotel just a stones throw from the beach. Staff are helpful, breakfast is enough to feed an army! Just a super little find!

Sound ridiculous, but the air con was too cold! I had to dig through my case to find things to wrap myself up in. No matter how I tried, I couldn't get it above 16 (I still have my heating on at home at 16). Love that there is air con and feel ridiculous complaining, but it was so cold, it woke me up!

Location was so central to major attraction points. The host/owner and even their pet dog was so welcoming and friendly. The owner was very helpful in many ways from giving recommendations to arranging for transport and so on. The room was lovely and had a good view from the patio and the boys who were managing the property were so humble and respectful. I was also surprised with their breakfast portion. It was just the usual western breakfast but portions of bread, butter and jam were so generous.

Wish the hotel would have some coffee machine/snacks or some variations for their breakfast and maybe add a clothes dryer rack in the room to help hang wet clothes.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Glamour Mirissa! The guys working there are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness is truly top-notch — everything was spotless and well-maintained. We have only words of praise and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mirissa. All compliments and full recommendations.

Room was decent sized and there was an extra bed for our child. AC was decent. Very nice breakfast with view of the beach.

Location was a bit hard to reach and it was bit of a walk up from the main road. Just a minor inconvenience if you have bags. Washroom had a big tree inside and the ceiling was open. I was scared of any insects or animals coming inside. Not the greatest idea to be honest.

Upper courtyard area of hotel was immaculate but lower area where my room was urgently needed a basic clean. Ashtrays for example not emptied during my entire stay....

The owner is very quick to respond to any questions before you arrive, this knowledge is brilliant. A taxi transfer was organised by the owner, for a good price. We arrived quite late, therefore dark, so didn't know what to expect as a little disorientated, room was simple and clean, breakfast was amazing on the terrace, with fabulous views of the ocean, again the guy was excellent at his job, an asset to the accommodation, nothing was too much trouble. from organising a fabulous breakfast, suggesting an itinerary/taxi to go on safari, Galle and onto our next accommodation, and making a packed breakfast to take as an early start on one of the days.

Through no fault of the accommodation the electric was off in the whole area of Mirissa, for the day - which left us with no shower facilities, no lights in our room, no way to charge our almost flat phones (which we needed for alarm purposes) this also meant the ATMs were not available to dispense money, Which left us a little stranded, this happens from time to time, but it would certainly not deter us from staying at this accommodation again.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Sadly just one night for us. The staff were lovely & we arrived early but the looked after our bags & got our room spotlessly clean really quickly. We had a sea view with a terrace where we had breakfast which was lovely. It was overlooking the sea, with the road in between. The road noise did not bother us overnight. The room was lovely. All the amenities promised & set out perfectly. Very clean, lots of space. Good air con. Nothing to fault. Would recommend.

The location was very close to the beach and to a great many bars and restaurants. Slightly set back from the road, our room was quiet and comfortable. We visited Merissa in order to go out on a whale watching trip and the hotel was well placed to access the fishing harbour from where the boats depart.

The communal sitting area was small and there was no restaurant or bar within the hotel. Our bathroom was designed with a floor made partially from pebbles, which we found uncomfortable.
