Big and spacious room! Big and comfortable beds, nice balcony. Everything was good. Nice breakfast, they have two options. One srilankan and second more western. Both are good and enough. The staff is very friendly.

When you want to pay with a card, they will charge you more.. Tv didn't work.

Felt more than 2 star for sure! We've stayed in 5 star hotels in Sri Lanka that was far worse. Big room, very comfy king bed, fridge, huge balcony (but beware the monkeys if you have food), room service and laundry facilities. Location was great in the middle of the strip and down a small alley.

Great hotel, with great staff, and a perfect location, very close to Mirissa Beach. Breakfast was amazing and the room was big and comfortable. Chana is exceptional, he always goes above and beyond any expectations for his guests. Highly recommended to stay there if you go to Mirissa. The owner and the staff was very nice and welcomeing... Very easy access to the beach (just across the road) and the food was good....

Nothing to dislike but there were some flies due to the weather and they even made sure to deliver the food to the room because of it.... Very good customer service....

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean. 1-2 mins walk to the beach, a lot of restaraunts and shops around. Beware: monkeys can come to your door and steal something 😉

The rooms were very spacious, with a big terrace. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind. The position also is very good, just 50 meters from Mirissa beach, you cross the street and you already are on the beach.

Amazing staff and hospitality. Breakfast was awesome and the management was flexible in meeting our expectations.

Overall facility and the cleanliness did meet the standard but however they could improve by making few adjustments. Mind you that the country is rebuilding after Covid + the recently facedffinancial crisis.

The host was amazing, extremely helpful, and thoughtful.

Good size room, excellent location, central but set back enough to not hear road noise or local bars.
