Excellent location, directly across from a public beach access. Large rooms and an outdoor pool made the stay very comfortable. Many beachfront bars/restaurants with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beach itself was excellent and we were able to walk to a very nice restaurant for dinner.

Very helpful and professional staff especially Yacinthy, Nuwan, Mihi Rani and the boys at the resto bar. We were provided with a lovely breakfast when we checked out at 6 a.m. The assistant manager Lalith was helping out everywhere. He even acted as a guide to us to find the Secret Beach. Great beach right across the road. Overall a very fantastic stay.

Maintenance of infrastructure. This is to be expected as Sri Lanka is recovering from a double whammy: COVID and economic collapse. So please come and visit Sri Lanka and help out the local economy. This will help enterprises such as Randiya to improve their services and give something back to the locals

Fantastic pool, very clean and maintained daily. There was a good selection of fruit for breakfast with option to have cooked eggs if required.

The carpet in the lift could do with changing.

The pool was amazing, very warm and clean. The hotel was in a great location and right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our bags/luggage. The restaurant food wasn’t the best and we had floor rooms which were quite exposed rather than tucked away. Id recommend a higher room.

The location was great with balcony view of sea 20 meters from hotel. Lovely swimming pool to enjoy. Breakfast not included so can’t comment. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly and made everything easy. Room was enormous. Water was hot in the shower 😊

Very near the vibrant Mirissa Beach. Sea can be watched from the balcony of the hotel as well. The beach is excellent, and it has easy excess from the property. Hotel staffs were very co-operative, and we enjoyed our stay over there,

We booked for 2 days half board basis with the expectation that we will enjoy buffet dinner, but they served ala-a-carte basis. Buffet system is recommended for meeting the veritable choice of the guests.

We stayed in a sea view room on 4th (top) floor. The room was large and clean and it had a large fridge. The balcony was nice and gave views of the pool and the beach. Also very close to beach and all the beach bars etc

The water was cold in the shower.

Staff were very professional. The air conditioned restaurant was a nice touch, But found it very strange the cashier and waiters were wearing hairnets. Can honestly say I’ve never seen this before in any other restaurant. Yes, hairnets in the kitchen but in the main restaurant!

Air con could not cope with the sun hitting the latge patio windows. (Room 410) The staff were very professional and moved us to another room, very quickly.

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean.The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the swimming pool. Thanks to Dilmi and Sachini for fulfilling all our requests and making out stay comfortable.

This is an amazing hotel with outstanding customer service on all aspects ! Wonderful hotel, lovely rooms and lovely pool area. Hotel was very well maintained and all areas were well presented.The staff is friendly , the hotel is very clean , the food is delicious and there is an overall upscale feel to it! They have an awesome restaurant, great outdoor pool amenities and also laundry service. I had a fantastic breakfast at buffet. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff were so attentive. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to visiting again soon.Overall an amazing experience! They all made me feel so special! I can’t wait to go back !
