We had a fantastic stay in the family room at this hotel in Mirissa. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and there's always a tuk tuk nearby if you need one. The room was modern, clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help us arrange a whale-watching trip and a taxi at a fair price. Overall, excellent value for money—highly recommended!

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind and served a delicious breakfast which was huge! The rooms are also really big and have lovely comfy beds. We also appreciated having a balcony to dry beach stuff on. The locations is a two minute walk from Mirrisa which was ideal for us. WiFi was also good in the rooms.

The manager and staff were amazing, helped us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, you just need to cross the street and you’re at the beach. Breakfast was great. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

All the staff, especially the owner, were so nice to us. They carried our heavy luggage up the stairs and were so helpful with organising whale watching. The rooms were clean with a great AC and fan. If you cross one road you are at the beach which had many restaurants as options. Sometimes there were monkeys outside our balcony but they never bothered us.

Very big rooms and bathroom. Great location right next to the beach is convenient. Breakfast was nice as well. Smell from the stream next to the road was noticeable at times but wasn’t too bad.

Too much rains during our stay and impudent monkeys

The welcoming the staff gave me was amazing and so welcoming, great quiet location, great breakfast and value for money. Staff so attentive and super friendly.

Clean and comfortable room. Good shower with hot water. Perfect location across from the beach front and beside restaurants and shops. We would recommend staying here.

Our room was on 4th floor so there was many steps

Had to wait for breakfast quite a bit and coffee was slightly colored tap water. Depending on wind you can get the nearby sewage river whiff
