Very beautiful place! Nice and cozy! Feel like you visited people you know long time ! Most delicious breakfast on Shri Lanka, a lots of fresh fruits. The owner and his family doing everything to make you feel like at home!

Everything. The host was incredible and so welcoming, friendly and generous. Beautiful gardens and courtyard area. Large room with A/C & mosquito net. Delicious breakfast. I booked 1 night but as soon as I arrived I extended. Thank you!

I really liked this place. Cleanliness of the territory and in the room. In terms of price-quality ratio you won't find a better place, rest assured. And the breakfast is so plentiful. I definitely recommend it 100 percent.

The room + bathroom was very big with a wardrobe (no desk though) Good amount of private outside space with table + chairs The man taking care of the house and bookings was super sweet and provided hot water in the morning for coffee Super quiet and so close to the main area of Mirissa Quite clean for Sri Lankan standards! WIFI was really fast and good connection Breakfast was quite good but would have preferred proper Sri Lankan and not so many sweet items

The room is advertised as having a shared kitchen but actually you have to pay $10 a day to use it so they should take it off the advert or make it obvious it's an extra cost as thats actually one of the reasons we stayed there Also you have to pay more to use the AC (otherwise there is a fan which worked ok in the end and wasn't too hot) so the room is cheap unless you want the extra things.

Great property, with excellent host

Brilliant location away from the busy main road, green and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants around. Breakfast was really good. Definitely recommend!
