The staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much for them from making smoothies because I didn’t like whole fruit and making me a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast to letting me get changed in a room after being caught in a storm despite having already checked out. The aircon room was lush after being out in the heat all day and the view was beautiful. The rooms are basic but the bed was very comfortable and clean.

You couldn’t pay on card so had a bit of a panic with my airport transfer at the end of my trip after losing my actual bank card not having enough cash left.

if you want comfy clean accommodation, next to the beach and a beautiful pool this hotel is for you! the rooms and furniture are outdated and definitely need work, but it is clean and if you don’t care about aesthetics this place is fine! we got upgraded for free to a sea view room and the staff are sweet!

nothing it served our purpose!

The location and view were amazing with sights of the beach, and easy accessible bars and restaurants right on our doorstep. Parrots Rock was a 5 minute walk away and the sunset was amazing from our balcony. The pool was a great addition, especially after a few weeks of hostels travelling, and monkeys came and played around the pool.

Do not be put off by the initial look of the place- it is perfect.

We upgraded to studio rooms - top level - look fairly new/ refurbed-clean , bed was good, shower room very nice ( although no hot water ? Other rooms did) View from balcony over beach was good- We didn’t use pool or eat breakfast so cant comment - but looked good and was being used.

The manager was kind and the staffs were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very big and clean. The swimming pool was clean, we had a fun time there and the view is really good.

This is the best place we stayed at during our 2 weeks trip in Sri Lanka . This is very clean , staff are super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great across the beach , alot of restaurants around , hotel has a beautiful infinity pool with great views of Mirissa Beach. Room size is perfect and AC , fan cools off the room greatly. Highly recommend. Look no further for your stay. Perfect location (not on the beach but literally across the road with seaviews from the balconies), THE most comfortable beds 😩, nice and clean rooms and bathrooms, and very helpful, professional and attentive staff. The pool was also a great bonus and well-maintained.

Negligence to keep furniture/other items up-to-date

Great location, our room and pool overlooked the beach, stunning views of the waves. Spacious and clean room. What stood out most was the fantastic staff, in particular the owner - he couldn’t do enough to make sure we felt comfortable and happy with our stay, he gave us lots of information and tips for Mirissa - a genuinely lovely guy!

The swimming pool was great... Nice view from the pool.. rooms are pretty good , Nice and calm place. 😌 Friendly staff .. really good place for stay. Walking distance to beach ⛱️ and gira gala.

Hotel was great but need to improve outer look..but inside the hotel was great 👍

no so clean breakfast area and pool don’t speak well english and not possible to pay by card so they charged us on booking with an extra fee of 13 euro
