Underground Car park is very secure and spacious and the train station is right outside. Its very quiet the whole area.

The name of the hotel is very deceiving as it is literally no where near the airport (in a completely different town miles away) however the train platform is literally at the back of the hotel and it provides great links into all the other near locations. Its very expensive though each day to travel back and forth if going to other places like Interlaken or Bern etc.

Very easy to check in and check out. Very clean and spacious room for us 3 (family with a 3y old). It's a 30min drive from Interlaken so we did everything in that region (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Murren, etc.) from here. Lots of value for the money.

Only improvement I'd like to see next time we stay there: the (coffee and food) machines in the reception are nice, but don't accept card or euro. If you arrive a bit late, that's a problem.

Mainly location was perfect, very near to the train station and quiet and clean hotel. Check in check out was very easy. We went during Easter holidays so most of the restaurants closed but fortunately the pizza restaurant next to the hotel was open. Have kitchenette. Overall Nice stay.

Not like star hotels but very nice hotel to stay.

Everything was perfect easy check in system, very Clean and safe place & good staff. The apartment has everything & We booked 4 apartments for two nights the building with the train station I thought the railway side rooms are little noisy but no sound I heard while in the room trains are very very silent best stay for this year😊

The parking charges too much but I think Its worth for safety No Iron

Good price, well equipped, with supermarket nearby. We used the chance to visit Bern, Emmentaler Schaukäserei, and some trails at UNESCO Biosphere- it is also not far from Interlaken.

Would be great if oil was available for cooking, and if there was some kind of separation between kitchen and bed.

Really spacious apartment, the kids loved their bedroom. The takeaway pizza from next door we got as we were too tired to cook was a good price and delicious! Excellent location to get the train into Bern for the day.

The wet room style shower made a lot of water all over the bathroom so we had to have very short showers and then mop up the water!

Too early cleaning times (before 9.30am), and cleaning staff were unwilling to come back at a later time (as we wanted to enjoy a lie-in and make breakfast). The room didn't get cleaned later in the mornings / afternoons.

Awesome place, easy to get to Bern to to Thun for visiting the area. Self-checking was so easy.

An excellent apartment hotel at a very good location for touring the Bernese Oberland region. The room (twin beds) was very spacious and had a very well equipped kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and friendly (we needed them for a fan, due to the heatwave, and received an almost immediate response). Very convenient underground carpark as well. Would definitely come back here!

This is our 3rd visit this year. Fabulous location and the hotel is always spotlessly clean and very comfortable The staff are always exceptionally welcoming. We recommend this hotel
