The room was really spacious , clean and well equipped. The location was great, right next to the train station from which you could easily reach Bern or the Bernese Oberland areas. Despite being so close to the trains, you could not hear a single one go past and the room was very quiet - we couldn't believe that the trains went past and we didn't even notice! There's a small supermarket nearby to stock up with if desired.

There is a bit of a smell in the bathroom but I believe it's just from the drains - the actual bathroom was clean.

- Parking fee is expensive (15 CHF per day). - Reception is only available until 12:00 PM. - During self check-in, the agent on the phone dropped the call and asked to be called back.

It is in front of Belp train station. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment is big and comfortable. You have a vending machine in the building. Easy self check in.

It is away from Bern. It is a couple of blocks from supermarkets, so you need to walk or drive if cooking. A little expensive ( 188 CHF for 2 nights), but is usual to find these prices in Switzerland.

The location of the hotel has beautiful views.The location is very close to the highway. Not very far from Bern and also places like Interlaken are just 80 km away. Everything is provided in the apartments that you need during your stay.

Some of the switches in the rooms were not functional. Also the charging points were not normal European points .

The apartment is great to save money as it has a kitchen and utensils to cook and store food easily. The train station of Belp is right in front of the building, so moving to Bern and Zurich was quite easy. There are two big supermarkets nearby. One can be reached by walking about 10 minutes and the other one is one train stop away.

The location is good from the accessibility point of view as the train station is in front of the hotel, the rooms are bigger and we get a kitchenette and all inside the room which is great.

Everything is good except it is away from Bern. This hotel is in Belp (which is hard to find on google), there is another los lorentes in Bern.

All the things are perfectly good! just opposite to the train station, and very convenient to take the train. located at the bottom of the mountain as well, very close to Bern.

It will be great to install the ventilation fan for the kitchen. when I checked in my hotel stay neighbour seemed cooked curry, and the corridor full of curry smell...

Alles. Very clean, Love the Penthouse with the beautiful view. I come back every Year 4 , 5 Times.. they changed the name. Who cares. Service, location, comfort, everything is perfect! We come back per Ferragosto

Big rooms, nice amenities, helpful reception desk staff good & help full housekeeping staff, location very nice we can reach all sightseeing area,

If property provide fan in room especially in summer it’s make more comfortable to guest

Room service for cleaning. Full equipped kitchen. There was no AC but the room temperature was good anyway, considering the hot days we caught.

Garage was a bit expensive and there was nowhere else to leave the car.
