The upper room in this 630 year old building was amazing. All the old timbers were exposed, and beautiful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, all good. The check-in didn't go as advertised, but a call got us in with no trouble. The common room is nice for sitting, has a app-driven vending machine, and pay coffee machine. But no refrigerator or microwave, which we really like to have as we hike the via Berna.

Check-in could be improved to match instructions provided. Add microwave and refrigerator to common room.

I like the self-check-in, quiet, clean and comfortable

It's a two buildings attached, one building with Koncept hotel and the other building was Gasthaus Lowen. The Koncept building did not have any instructions for check-in. I've never thought to look in the Gasthaus Lowen for check-in instructions. It was dark in the eveing and it was difficult to find the reception counter for check-in.

The hotel is in a great location, the check in was easy but it took us time to find the tablet that is used for it. The room was clean.

The church outside of the hotel rings its bells every 15 minutes all night long:( Also the walls aren't thick enough and we could hear our neighbors snore...

The rooms are excellent and clean. Good location and value for money.

The check in that needs to be done on a tablet took some 10-15 min. Our booking was for two rooms, as we are with children, and the system allocated us rooms on different floors in different parts of the hotel. It would be good to have an option to choose the room location when administering check in for more than one room.

Completely person-less check in and check out, which is really helpful for late check ins. Easy parking. Clean rooms. The breakfast/brunch place nearby is a big plus.

For this kind of room and facilities, the cost is a bit on the high side.

Once you got use to the check in, it was great for a late night check in. Nice big shower, parking out front, very quiet, good for a stop over.

I'd never checked in this way. The door was locked before 10pm, so needed to download an app to figure out how to get in. I found it a little confusing at first, didn't think to put my phone to the actual lock on the door...that could have been a little clearer. There are flights of stairs, just be mindful of that with luggage.

It's a self-check-in hotel so no staff. The room is comfy and clean but does not have any tea or coffee-making facilities. I highly recommend a visit to Pizzeria da Carlos, a short walk and one of the best meals I had on my trip.

Adding tea, coffee and a bottle of water to the room would make it so much better.

The location is wonderful, the staff is super helpful, the support team on the phone are absolutely amazing and quick to help. The rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it.

Check in online was really easy and the hotel room was clean and up to expectations. Location is great, we were with a car but you can find everything you need close by.

Our room was in front of the balconies of the building next to hotel so you had to close the courtains in order to not be seen.

Ample and easy parking. Location was great for us and we had a good few nights' sleep - quiet and comfortable.
