This hotel was very good value for money ! The parking was very convenient and breakfast was included, which I wasn't expecting, plus there was free WiFi. Clean, comfortable, personal welcome and convenient location all make this a hotel I would choose again in the future.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like. The hotel is right on the lake. You will find everything you are looking for at a better price than a competitive hotel!! Choose Alpha!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Rght outside was the bus station. Place is mainted very well. Spotless,rooms cleaned every day

The breakfast could be better. Some change day to day. All the staff except Anita were brilliant. Anita was very unwelcoming and she really needs to greet guests with a smile not a long face!!. Other staff were really helpful and friendly

Hotel Alpha Thun exceeded my expectations, the bus stop to thun train station is just outside the hotel. The lake is just a few steps away.The staff made you feel like family. Its centrally located and thun is such a magical place. The rooms are clean and fresh. Thank you Anita, Pao, Layane and the breakfast staff.Thank you for your superior service and kindness, will come back for sure

Not one bad thing about this hotel

Very warm welcoming hotel and the room was excellent. Great location and easy to get to/from the centre. Bus Stop is right outside the hotel. Access to Lake Thun is a couple of minutes away on foot. Breakfast selection was great. Overall highly recommended.

Good breakfast. Easy access by bus or on foot to lovely town centre. Nice to have water in rooms and the coffee-making area at reception. Bath was nice too.

Charge of 4 CHF per day for bike parking in a hard-to-access (for heavy touring bikes) cellar wasn’t great. Mattresses very thin and towels very rough.

to staff here was excellent It was ideal for us staff cudnt do enough fir you the rooms spotless and cleaned every day veds very comfortable we had our dinner here it was perfect and continental breakfast was excellent i definitely would recommend this gem iff a hotel thank you. Leonira and Audrey.was myself and a friend that stayed here for 4 nights we loved everything from ioutside to inside this hotel the location was brillabt outside the door if hotel was a bus stop in which it was a great service the facilities

Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort.

- It was still like 30min until the end of the breakfast time and the staff was already cleaning everything around very loud

We only stayed 1 night on our way to the ski area. Breakfast included so thats great and has a restaurant for dinner, so very convenient!

The lady at the check-in didnt seem to be very friendly when we arrived, also did our check-in like she was in a rush meanwhile there was no one else there.

Nice location close to the lake and possibility for a swim. Bus stop right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Room was quite small for two people but ok for a few nights stay.
