A lovely hotel in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from train station and balloon festival site. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Being able to boil eggs to ones own liking was great. The wifi in the room was fast and reliable.

It's a good hotel, so any criticisms are quite minor. The main thing that could have been better is furniture in the room - a comfortable chair rather than a hard wooden one would have made a difference. Because the chair wasn't comfortable, I tried using the laptop in the bar/restaurant area, where more comfortable furniture could be found, but in that part of the hotel, the wifi was slow and power plugs were very hard to find.

The location is beautiful, and you’ve got a train station nearby plus a grocery store

I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel but 3 things I would love for them to work on: -I came in the summer so the temperature was on the hotter side, and unfortunately they didn’t have any fans available -The breakfast options, they had a beautiful dining area but the breakfast was really disappointing -The room needed a good vacuum cleaning, my allergies were aggravated as soon as I stepped in the room

I was there for the Ballon festival and it was within perfect walking distance but the traffic getting through the valley can be really bad. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was OK, and the the beds were comfortable enough.

The single room is smaller than most single rooms I Europe that I'm used to but worked. I could hear people walking teether halls at night so having ear plugs was a must

I had a very basic room but that was just what I needed for one night, after a day of hiking. I appreciated the included breakfast, though as a vegan I couldn't find there so much to eat (that's a usual problem outside of cities). However there was a soy milk available, which was a very pleasant surprise. All in all I had a nice stay for a very fair price for Swiss standards.

Peaceful located very close to the train station too. Spacious parking available. Delicious breakfast: everything was fresh and local. Very friendly staff.

The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm as well as some people checking out at 5 am on Sunday as they were literally throwing their suitcases through the stairs

We have stayed at Roc et Neige several times and have always been satisfied with the welcome and service. It was good to be back to enjoy the facilities and the breakfast choice. Would gladly come back and also happy to recommend the Hotel to friends and family

Breakfast was excellent with good quality local products, the room was basic but clean and with everything I needed for one night, the garden was nice and the hotel is close to the village and close to supermarket. I travel by bike and I could bring the bike in the room with me.

The room was a bit outdated.

Welcoming, big rooms, everything worked in the bathroom (no leaking or weak shower heads…)

Quite noisy bc of guests speaking loudly in the parking lot very early morning. The bed was small and it was so hot, it was difficult to sleep. I imagine in the winter it is actually a good point! And the sofa is so old it doesn’t look inviting at all. But considering the price of the room , it was all fair.

The location was great and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was only upto 7.30pm so we didn't have dinner but the hotel is good for a couple of nights. Village is very nice.. People were very friendly . Train station is very near, but uphill walk for 7 to 8 mins

Quite nice hotel, very friendly staff - helped me with some research for my biketour. Though it is a hotel, there is a kitchen on every floor, fully equiped. The breakfast ist not that special, but I experienced only hotels +200 Euro/night in CH got a decent breakfast. Strongly recommended.
