Free Parking, air conditioned, friendly staff, spacious room and good restaurant attached.

No regulation of air condition, except on/off. Relatively noisy room facing the main street. Breakfast was ok but does not match the daily rate. No free water in the room, no coffee maker. Allergic down pillow, but they provided substitution for the second night.

Very comfortable rooms, with all services. Good and abundant breakfast. Great hospitality. Suggested for cyclists staying one or more nights in the region. Locked garage for bikes on site.

Location quite far from the city centre and with no restaurants/structures nearby. Unfortunately the restaurant on site was also undergoing renovation. Moreover it must be taken into account that the facility is attached to the railway, so with some noise from passing trains until late at night.

Poor breakfast, without hot buffet. To extra pay for "spiegel eier" is nonsens. Even much cheaper hotels or pensions offer all types of cooked eggs without any extra cost.

Sunday night the hotel is closed, however they called me upfront to double check if I did receive the code of the safe for to get access. Perfectly organized.

There is a train driving by very near to the hotel. This can be noisy, while sleeping with an opened window. The rest is perfect.

Very easy to park, big room with enough space with a child. Great breakfast buffet and excellent restaurant next door. Very convenient location for someone travelling by car. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. They have finished the rooms, and they are excellent.

The breakfast was stingy. We arrived for breakfast an hour before it was due to finish and there was hardly anything there. Just a couple of slightly stale bread rolls and some bread. No croissants, no pastries. Considering the price of the accommodation, breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

There was nothing I would change about my stay :)

The breakfast was tasty and had an excellent selection of bread, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt and beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with planning our trip to Rigi.

The showers were very good and in fact the entire room and the bathroom. The restaurant was also good and the staff were friendly . :-)

The quality of the pillows - They were very very thin and did not provide any support for you neck or spine . This is pretty standard in Switzerland - most hotels have the same pillows but none of them provide sufficient neck support as they practically have no filling in them. We bought our own travel TEMPUR pillows as we know hotel pillows well but in Switzerland they are really particularly thin almost like a sofa cushion not a pillow so some strange reason ?

The breakfast we delicious and the room was comfortable.

The air conditioner did not cool the room as much as we would have liked, but that is really the only complaint.
