The hotel is in a great location, has free (open) and paid (underground) parking options and was easy to reach by car. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Charlie, to resolve some initial miscommunication issues and we were kindly offered a room upgrade. The room was large, modern, well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast buffet was in the continental style with plenty of options and tasty food. Definitely recommended!

Very close to where I needed to be. Modern, clean decor, quiet, has everything I needed.

That there was no reception. You pickup the key by the entrance, and it works, but it would have been nice to have somebody to check-in with.

Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff who spoke very clear German. Less than 100 metres from station. I didn't use them but there is a bar / restaurant on the ground floor and a bar just opposite.

Shower is a bit small.

I think I was unlucky, as I stayed on an unusually hot day in Switzerland and the room does not have air-con, so it was very hot and stuffy. That said, the room had a great fan and lots of windows so was able to get a nice breeze going, and the area is really quiet through the night, but gets noisy around 6am

Really nice hotel with large bright rooms, conveniently close to the train station. I especially liked the very fast Wifi and the refrigerator in the room!

I didn’t like, that check-in was in 3h pm, but I arrived to this city yearly, I called to hotel and asked to call me, if room will be ready yearly, than I arrived to hotel at 2h pm and room had already been ready 45m, but nobody called to me
