Superb staff, fantastic room - super spacious and awesome breakfast. We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

There needs to be a second coffee machine available at breakfast time. The shower gel had no labelling - I would prefer to know what I am using.

Very neat and clean, and location was pretty good too. Reception service personnel were very nice and friendly. And I should also give a special mention to the person at the Restaurant at night - he was very kind and friendly.

Some more options (even paid) in the mini bar and maybe some snacks would be useful. Also, I found it a bit pricey.

The hotel is really exceptional. The comfort, facilities, small details made the stay wonderfull. The room was huge and very clean. The staff is extremilly helpful. I will be back for sure.

Had to leave very early and asked if I can just have a cup of cappuccino, which is often given freely from the breakfast coffee machine but they charged me 6CHF for that. It was unusual in comparison to my experience in hotels and I found it quite expensive for a hotel guest.

The room is very big and comfort. The location is very good opposite to train station

It looks like the roof and portion of the wall is not painted although don’t know if that is design.

Spacious room with great shower. Handy burger bar restaurant on site in a town apparently devoid of any other redeeming qualities whatsoever! Good breakfast.

Booking.com give the address of this hotel as Rischi and not Rotkreuz. This caused us to do a 4 km diversion and we didn’t find the hotel in Rischi. We notified the hotel stff of this error.
