Amazing spa facilities, fresh food, professional staff. I was in one of the roof unit single rooms and the views are beautiful. I came in late from a hike and the kitchen was closed. Flammakuchen was one of my only options. Expected a frozen one but to my surprise, it was freshly made with local ingredients and thick ham, red onions and garnished like I have never seen in Alsace. A real treat.

3rd floor rooms don’t have an opportunity for much fresh air. Wish the window opened more. Getting up there was not easy, but that is what makes it special.

The hotel was in the perfect location with amazing views, but that’s not difficult in stoos because everywhere has amazing views! It’s at the end of a small, quiet stretch of road but still perfectly placed, as everywhere is within easy reach on foot. The spa facilities were by far the best I’ve ever experienced, when offered as part of your stay, at no extra cost. It’s was the perfect place to relax & unwind after a whole day walking. There is a lovely pool indoors and an outside whirlpool too, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, on which to relax. The whole place was immaculately presented. The breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much choice, there is something for everyone and all great quality food with eggs cooked to your liking. The reception staff were an absolute delight, we were greeted by Killian who couldn’t do enough to help us, everyone was just so kind & accommodating. We will definitely be back again. We just had the best time. Thank you ‘Wellness’ hotel, we really felt looked after. X

It would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room but maybe this isn’t common practice in Switzerland.

Kilihan who greeted us at reception couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He is a credit to the hotel.

We booked two deluxe rooms with balconies for the view. My sister and her husband had a restricted view that wasn’t great. The hotel moved their room to a superior room with a much nicer view. The price for the deluxe and superior rooms is exactly the same. So that was helpful. The deluxe room we had had a lovely view, but given the size of the room (30m 2) it had the tiniest bathroom? The superior room had a separate bath and large walk in shower. Our room had a shower over a small bath which I thought was strange.

Amazing location and experience. Superb views from balcony. Staff is great and helpful, we needed a bit medical attention, all was organized. Room was small, but sufficient. Spa is great, not large, but we were lucky to have opportunity to sunbath outside - plenty of space - cozy and nice. towels, bathrobes good quality. Good cocktails, not so expensive for Switzerland :) Great stay, walking distance to few bars, we found one store, close to hiking trails and table cars. Super quiet! Love to come back!

Food in restaurant - overpriced and not tasty. Breakfast with no prosecco. Coffee machine in the room would make the stay perfect - enjoy morning coffee from balcony. A bit shocked on nude spa area, kind of hidden, but still visible, if to travel with kids, might be a problem - depends on nationality :)

A nice mountain resort with a large pool and spa.

I wish the pool and outside hot tub (whirlpool) temperatures were hotter, and the hot tub could be bigger (or just add a second one with a different temperature. In the Wellness area, I wish the outside cold plunge was turned into a hot tub (whirlpool) so you could sit down in some hot water and enjoy the cold outside simultaneously. The Wellness relaxation pool could be warmer, and I suggest some plants or privacy screens near the door entrance because when someone opens the door, anyone at the water/tea station can look in and see the cubby area (where people are removing their clothes).

The Wellness facilities were great.

I wish the Wellness facilities would have longer hours, with dinner from 18-20:00, sunset not until 21:30 it would be nice to enjoy dinner and the daylight for as long as possible then come back and relax in the Wellness facilities and not have to pick one or the other. I also wish the room had A/C as summers are only getting hotter and A/C should be standard in hotel rooms.

Perfect place where to stay if you’re planning on doing the hikes around. The hotel has a large wellness space with all kind of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Perfect to relax! The food is really good as well, very nice staff, with a special note for the restaurant-bar manager, that was just exceptional, looking into the little details to make sure everything is perfect and always having a nice word for everyone, I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated and professional 👌. Rooms are large and confortable, the only thing I may say is that in my opinion they are a little too basic, missing some charme/character/decoration. But overall, great place to stay, the lobby lounge with fireplace is very cost to have a drink or read after a long day. I will definitely come back!

The peacefulness - just listening to the cowbells. The facilities were fabulous with mountain views. The spa area was so peaceful and not too crowded. Lovely upgraded room with balcony and view of mountains. Breakfast and dinner options ample and very tasty. Staff super friendly and helpful. A relaxing few days with walks, mountain and village visits via chairlifts and cable cars. Loved it

The hotel is large and beautiful. All common places are so nice and welcoming. The food is great. The room was large, comfortable bed and we were given wine and treats upon arrival. Most of all, the spa is just amazing. It is huge with 5 saunas I think. Everything is super clean and comfy. They even give soup so you will restore lost electrolytes. The pool is great, and the outside hot tub is on the spot. There are many relaxation areas too. The ridge walk was the most beautiful trail I have ever walked. This is well worth the travel. Overall the value is amazing and the cost is lower than expected in Switzerland. 10/10.

There aren’t many places to eat in the town, and the hotel restaurant is not cheap but good. Take this into account.

I loved my room with the beautiful mountain view, the afternoon menu was perfect for an early dinner, and it was such a treat to be able to use the sauna and whirlpool facilities, especially after hiking all day.

It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the room. I stayed two nights and the first morning I left to hike before breakfast started, and the second I left early to get the first funicular of the day. Both days I left too early for the hotel breakfast at 7h30, so I would have appreciated being able to at least have coffee in the morning.
