The location is absolutely ideal - just 5 minutes from the nearest bus station, and within a leisurely 20-minute walk to the city center and lake. It's also perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Verzasca attractions or Maggia valley. The hotel itself offers many lovely touches, including a refreshing pool area with comfortable sunbeds where you can unwind. My room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring air conditioning that worked flawlessly. All appliances were in good working order, making my stay enjoyable. The personal at the front office was very kind. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit.

One minor suggestion I'd like to make is that the parking spaces in the garage could be slightly more spacious, especially for larger vehicles like SUVs. While it's definitely manageable with some careful maneuvering, having all cars parked at once can feel a bit cozy. However, this didn't detract from my overall experience and I appreciated the convenience of having underground parking available

My one night stay was wonderful because the two women who worked the reception were very helpful to me. They helped me get a Ticino public transport pass online. That was great for the limited time I spent in Locarno. When my friends were running very late coming from the north, they kept my one luggage so I could explore the Grande Piazza and Debarcadero.. The rooms are very nice, modern and very clean. I had a very comfortable night's sleep. Thank you very much.

Very friendly helpful staff that speak multiple languages. Room didn’t have a kettle but they kindly loaned us one. A bit too cold for a swim in the pool unfortunately. Nice and quiet

It’s a bit of a walk in to the town centre - around 20 mins. Also car parking is very limited. Fortunately the hotel has a limited number of spaces however they are charged at 7 euros for overnight parking.

Good value for Money. City center is walking distance. Rooms are spacious even a bit basic, but according with hotel category. Staff nice and helpful

The Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms. The staff propose to change room, but we have checked the wifi connection was bad in all rooms. Another point is that there are stairs and elevator that bring everybody to the floor where the rooms are without control. It is a bit unsafe in my view

The location was good, very good connection with the city centre and train station by bus which was going every 10minutes, clean rooms

Lovely hotel this was our second time to use it. In a nice quiet area yet only a short bus journey to the centre. Staff very helpful and would recommend for a stay in Locarno.

Everything was fine. The staff was very helpful..public transport and market very close It was free public transport from the hotel - which was a good deal. The breakfast could be improved.

Excellent as usual (stayed there several times). Friendly, welcoming and competent staff, excellent food for breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, comfort and facilities, convenient parking, excellent location in a calm area, a lot of possibilities to explore the beautiful area of Ascona-Locarno.

I came late and received a phone call when I would arrive. I received a code so I could get the key to access the room. A very nice and polite lady working at the reception for checkout.

It's all quite ok, just no real charm or such a thing. A modern building that felt somewhat cold. Everything a little unpersonal...

A beautiful hotel in quiet area in Locarno. Just a few minutes walk to bus station to get into the centre of town. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to all.
