Overall I had a very good 1 night sleepover for the business purpose. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive and they allowed me to park the car for the duration of the stay despite low number of available places.

I was a little bit surprised to find that my the room is bedroom with a shower inside (not secluded by doors) and I definitely did not check that upfront. For a short stay it was not a problem however if I were to stay much longer I would definitely prefer to have the bathroom and bedroom separated.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is a little old fashioned but hotel tries to compensate that with a free bottle of water and hot drinks. The hotel is a short walk fro St Gallen Bruggen Railway station or on trolley bus route 3 and 4.

No lifts and I was on the third floor!

Good location, very close to the train station, in quiet surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. Bed was comfortable. Lots of plug sockets for charging devices.

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Check-in with a code to get the key from a box.

The woman at the reception didn't speak English. At the breakfast there was no so much choice.

Very nice and quiet place to stay with perfect public transport connection, even at late night!

Easy to find on a long European tour. St Gallen city centre not too far by car and definitely worth seeing.

Breakfast was great, very kind staff. The hotel is located near the bus stop, so there are good possibilities to go to the center.

The location. Good transport option for Trams. Nice staff. Perfect for all types of visit we went for the football - Arsenal. Local shops and restaurants close by.

Rooms are a little dated but very homely.

A super comfortable room at Swiss standards with good breakfast.

Cosy hotel in quiet and convenient location (for our needs). Service is basic but functional. Parking is available. We will certainly come back.
