This hotel is super modern and perfectly located right next to a shopping mall and a stadium. But don't worry about the noise—the rooms are completely soundproof, and once you close the windows, silence reigns supreme! The absolute highlight is the staff, especially the reception team, who are incredibly kind and always smiling. I've stayed at One66 a few times already and have another trip booked! Highly recommended if, like me, you travel a lot and want a place that feels like home in St. Gallen.

The hotel is incredibly clean and very comfortable. The fixtures and furniture are of high quality, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even with my last-minute booking. I highly recommend.

Nothing too much to complain about. The hotel is a little outside the center, but a pretty quick bus ride away. It would have been nice to have some instant coffee, tea, or an electric kettle in the room.

Above all I loved the behavior of the staff, both of the staff members I met in the morning and late in the evening were extremely friendly and went beyond their jobs to inform me about the location and accommodate my request for a late checkout the next day. I will always recommend this hotel for visitors to St. Gallen and will consider it for my future visits. The hotel's location is quite conveniently close to a shopping mall with IKEA inside.

This is my idea of a very functional, comfortable traveller's hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. The lifts worked properly, the room was spotless, a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was also well laid out, very functional and a decent size. The lighting controls were a little tricky, but manageable. In short, a very pleasant abode for a weary traveller. Breakfast was equally good, and the cafe next door served an excellent pizza. The location made it easy to get on and off the autobahn. Above all, it was exceptionally quiet. Very hard to fault any of it. Highly recommended.

Thi is not hotels' fault. Most of the map Apps ware not able to guide us to the parking lot entrance. It took a while to finde the route to get there. I hooe the hotel will have contact with them to call for them to clear this trouble. I will ceraily give all customer benefit.

The staff (a man sorry did not get your name) who works there does most of everything (check-in, room service, breakfast) himself may be because we arrived quite late. Even though it was just him, everything was done quite efficiently. We requested additional pillows and he came right up. At breakfast, he did everything from filling the buffet bar up to cleaning the table and he did it so quickly and perfectly. Out of all the good things there, we were amazed by him the most. He work like owns the hotel (or may be he does) or else the owner should really give him a big bonus. Breakfast was of great quality (did not expect that at all in such a small hotel). Better than some hotels that cost more than twice as much during our trip. The scrambled eggs were delicious. The room was clean. We parked outside the hotel since there was a spot available. It was also free since it was part of the hotel area. Did not want to go down the underground garage because our car was quite big. The hotel is a recommend.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious in a wonderful set up. The owner was everywhere, at the checkin desk, in the kitchen, entertaining customers. He even built a little pond for frogs, so they can survive over the winter.

Very friendly staff trying their best to make your stay very pleasant. This includes the people at the front desk to the cleaning staff, all very fabulous. This will be my choice of hotel to stay for my trips to St. Gallen.

There's no restaurant for having diner. However there a few restaurants in the neighborhood.
