the staff was nice and helpful. the room was equiped accoring to the online description. it's only a flat 3 minutes walk to the main MRT and trainstation which is surrounded by many bus stops, connecting the whole city. they actually don't serve breakfast and therefore the lobby can be used to consume your own food. there is free coffee/tea/water/icetea and crackers/snacks. two micro waves, cuttlery and dishes can be used for free as well. we really liked the hotel and would book again.

the few hookers nearby the hotel might not be in everyones favour but they did not hassle or harass us in any kind of form.

Room is spacious and clean. Each side of the bed has a bedside table. Extra clothes hangers are readily available. Complimentary coffee and snacks are available 24/7 at the lobby and lobby has good seating places. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Location is near to the Kaoshsiung station and many eateries nearby.

Shower/smart toilet not available and informed not to dispose toilet paper into the toilet bowl. The canal surrounding areas could be less smelly.

We loved our stay—the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, and the staff was amazing. The lounge area on the first floor was cozy and inviting, with complimentary drinks and snacks that added a special touch to our experience.

There was truly nothing I didn’t enjoy about my stay. Every detail exceeded my expectations, from the comfort of the room to the outstanding service. It was a great experience all around. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We have a comfort stay for 3 days 2 nights here. The staff are really kind and friendly to help us solve our accommodation problem. We were visiting Kaohsiung for concert and due to long peak holidays in Taiwan, we were unable to get a stay there with most hotels fully booked. At the end I get the one last room booked via Booking.com and I was called to the customer service request for one more room, and they managed to secure and reserve one more room for me without any deposit. Really appreciated! Besides, they have luggage storage service and dining area for guests to rest with free snacks and drinks for free flow. They also did summarise the attraction in Kaohsiung in a book for travellers, how sweet.

From the MRT to hotel is a bit far🤣 about 10mins walking distance, beside that everything is fine.

Stayed 3 nights in room 201. Mattress comfortably firm, water pressure very good. They have a small garden behind with tables and chairs. Smoking area in front of hotel. Also provide free snacks, coffee, tea and cold drinks. Front desk Ms Yu was very kind, offered to keep our room card in order to cool our room before we return. Also gave good advice on sightseeing spots. 10 minutes walk from kaohsiung station and slightly more from formosa boulevard station.

The smell of mothballs or air freshener in the sitting area downstairs was too strong.

The location was excellent within walking distance of the metro and Kaohsiung main station. The hotel seemed to be in a quiet location so street noise was not a problem. The room was large and well lit with excellent air conditioning and a refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with consumables.

The bed was just too massive, I'm 6'4 and couldn't touch the sides lying across it.

Breakfast was a great spread, if any dishes were out, the kitchen would be quick to replenish. Room was well lit, showers were equipped and water pressure was good. They even had a sunrise corner for guests to go over and watch the sunrise. Place was also like a cat cafe, where they kept well over 30 cats in the main lobby/dining area

Accommodation was slightly hard to locate, was a 15-20 uphill walk from 7-11. Room walls and doors were rather thin and easy to hear or for others to hear conversations or television noises. Plugs were not very accessible and not bed-side, the water boiler also had very short cables, so i had to bring the kettle and boil my water underneath the television as the only plugs were there.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is great as it is near the main train station. They also offer bike rentals which was nice. Great value for money.

They don't automatically clean the rooms every day so you have to tell them explicitly.

The toilet was blocked, just because we threw some tissue paper into it. So we called the staff to fix it. The staff told us not to throw any tissue paper into the toilet. But then I think it is for hygiene reason that we should just simply threw a toilet paper into the toilet, although complied with what we were told. Apart from the toilet problem, everything was good .

Well, the staff are pretty good, friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Facilities like free flow drinks and snacks is 👍. Apart from that, there's nothing that I can nitpick.

The toilet on the first floor probably can do some regular cleaning because it smells really bad 😅.
