Kousin Hotel is outside Exit 1 of Kaohsiung Main Stn (TRA). When facing the main road (an upside down T junction), there's KFC and Airline Inn on the right, Kousin is just around the corner. I liked the shower water pressure and the temperature is very ez to adjust. The hotel offer self service coffee and small pcs of cakes, also ice cream in the afternoon but I didn't try them.

There's no hand soap and shower cap. My room's toilet is on an elevated ground which may not be convenient for older folks having weaker legs.

Location, location, location! Kousin Hotel couldn't be more conveniently located, with the main TRA station and MRT a block away and buses to Kenting around the corner. Plenty of food options nearby and just about anything else you might need as a traveler. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value!

The WiFi didn't work for me, but cell service was fine. Beds were on the smaller size, but that seems to be the norm in Taiwan outside of Taipei. If you aren't tall you likely won't even notice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The location is ok. Since I have a big luggage, it takes more than 15 minutes from Kaohsiung Station to the hotel. However, there're many bus stops close to the hotel. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market and Dome of Light.

The hotel is old. No matter how clean it is you still feel it's not clean enough especially the corridor carpet and the toilet.

The staff were very helpful. We were there during a typhoon and most places were closed . There was a 7/11 and family mart within walking distance.

Very good position, about 5 minutes walking from Kaohsiung main station. Very quiet and safe area. The room and the bathroom were large, with big windows. The air conditioner worked well. Various breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they spoke little english.

location is about 10mins walk from kaohsiung main station. bathroom was quite spacious. bed was quite comfortable too. Staffs at the hotel are very friendly, feels like home.

They wait for us when we are late for our check in eventhough I inform them minutes before their check in time
