As a lovely surprise, I received free cookies upon check-in on Christmas Day—a heartwarming gesture that added a festive touch. Another major plus was the free use of laundry machines, which was a huge convenience! I like the modern and simple design of the room, especially the work-out tools that were put inside. I like the coffee and fruits at the front desk, and the super friendly staff too. I like the location, within walking distance to National Taiwan University, close to Seven-Eleven and Starbucks, where I ate and worked and wrote.

There wasn't a proper table inside the room for me to work on my computer or to sit straight and write. There was chair, and there a table near the bed, but the fridge was below it, and therefore hard to sit properly.

The room we stayed in was the smallest; bunk bed for three. However, we didn’t need the space since we spend most of our days exploring the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and practical. The location is one of the best in the city. A 5 min walk to MRT, 7 min walk to the night market, and the 24H massage parlor is the best just down the street.

The basement configuration and decor is odd. The gym doesn’t feel like a gym and it’s missing a lot of basic equipments.

Good location. MRT and Bus near the hotel. I think bus stop nearer than the MRT station. Travel with bus is a good idea as well. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The room is the same as the photo. Staff is so nice. Answer everything that I want to know. They have a toast, coffee, water at front desk (free). We can walk to the night market, It's not far from the hotel. Many shopping stores, restaurants around there.

I hung the tag to ask to clean my room. Everything is good except I still found my hairs on the ground. Not sure they use the vacuum cleaner or not. PS. If the hotel have the bidet shower (Bum gun), It will be very perfect!

My room had a big window from which I could see a beautiful city view. There is a wonderful local market nearby. Location is convenient. I also liked the fragrance of their shampoo and body soap.

Staff aren't always there. When I had to leave before 6 AM to catch an early flight, I had to struggle a bit. I was told to leave the key on the counter and leave. But the main door was locked. I looked around and found the side door to get out.

- Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable - Very interesting concept with different spaces to chill and hangout. There’s a free coffee machine at the basement hangout area and you get free toast every morning - Room was beautiful, spacious and super clean - Location is a bit far from downtown but super near Dongguan MRT station. Also there are quite a few convenience stores and food places nearby and price is cheap (especially during morning breakfast since it’s near NTU)

Great location and the hotel was very clean. The staff helped us and gave us lots of free toast. We had 3 different rooms for our large family group, but could spend time together in the basement lounge. I booked the triple for my partner, my daughter, and myself. It was small, but comfortable for us. The hotel is new and everything is still fresh and works well. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were super friendly! They all were very helpful and were clear about the accommodations of the hotel. The room itself was smaller but had everything you'd need for a short-term stay.

The rooms are on the smaller side but have all of the amenities you'd expect for a travel hotel (TV, mini-fridge, clean bathrooms, etc.). I don't believe I saw a lockbox or coat hangers/iron for business travel but I also didn't look for those amenities.

Great location in a lively university area, shops, restaurants and transport all near by. It's easy to explore the city from here. The room was very comfy, I especially liked the firm mattress. Good shower and everything very clean. There's also complementary coffee in the lobby during the day. Staff was always super friendly and helpful.

Quiet location, close to MRT, surrounded by foods and shops. Also staffs were very accommodating and polite. I chose this place cos the room had window (while most rooms in center at this price were without), and found it beyond expectation!

Bed a bit hard for me. Noise from guests in room next door talk, shower, and flush... and bet they could also hear you as well 😅
