Nice scenic ambiance. .. well equipped rooms. Very cheerful staffs with professional attitude.. food was very good n tasty..chef was so co operative n very willing to serve us, asking our choices... The pools are so well maintained... kids were enjoying the cycling . The interaction at zoo with few animals like zebra, giraffe,impala etc was very touchy especially when u feed them n u r able to touch n feel them.. the experience was amazing... . loved the stay at Aya Sophia 💕

Nothing to be very specific. It would be better if the condition of the road from the main road to the resort is made well..n during rainy season its so much water logged..

All staff’s were very friendly, always smiling The receptionist gave us an extra hour when checking out. The animal guides were very comforting. Villa’s were clean and spacious. Food was very nice. Swimming pool was huge and the environment greenery was beautiful.

Alittle pricy.

Everything. A big selling point at Aya Sofia are for sure the animals. They have giraffes, zebras, antelopes, ostriches, all very friendly and great at posing for pictures. Their keepers are extremely knowledgeable, good English, great entertainers, they explain about each species and assist you while you feed the animals. At Aya Sofia there are only a few exclusive beautiful villas located in a perfectly maintained garden. Peacocks and grey crested cranes roam around. Overlooking the sea, there is a big pool and a restaurant The food is fresh and tasty and prepared with love by their very skilful chef. You can spend your days peacefully listening to the sound of the waves while pampered by the staff who is not only highly professional but also extremely kind. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and looked after. Last but not least, the villas are just perfect, equipped with all you need, very very clean and comfortable. High ceilings, tasteful designed, super quality, attention to detail. Aya Sofia is not only a hotel, is an experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area and would like to spend a few very special days

The place was gorgeous. The staff was friendly, and I loved the experience of feeding the animals.

Bedroom linen was not very clean. Had some stains. Sometimes different staff have us different information so created a bit of confusion for us. We also wanted a specific accommodation and were willing to pay extra but was refused the opportunity even if it was empty during our whole stay

Location, facilities, rooms, the zoo and the free bike rides, the sauna, and the swimming pools. These were all excellent! and i would highly recommend.

The food could have been better. I think this is the only thing they need to improve on. The breakfast wasn't great and the dinner was mediocre.

Breakfast was beyond delicious! The pizza was soo yummy!!! The location is breathtaking for real🥰

Honestly, the wi-fi was on and off🥲 but everything else is on point👌

Its very serene. The atmosphere is very relaxing

Staff were a little unprofessional, more training could be done to get them to international standards
