A very nice hotel, very clean, nice swimming pool, very good AC, well maintained rooms and area, nice hot water in the shower, very good Wi-Fi, Netflix on the Smart-TV that also connect to your Lap-Top. Room service with a small selection of assorted dishes, A very good breakfast by African standard, some of the dishes was rotated day by day, so you had different options each morning, this is a welcomed offer if you stay more than a few days. A very good hotel for the price range. In our booking order, there was a programming mistake, where it was registered only one guest in our room, so we had the breakfast for two guest all stay, without any protest from the Hotel. We only become aware of this "error" when we checked-out, so this was also an amazing proof of the professionalism and customer service that was provided.

The area is a little remote, there is not many restaurants other than the ones in the surrounding hotels. The prices in the room service menu seems a little too high, especially for the soft-drinks and alcohol.

Excellent atmosphere for families and children- there was a nice pool and the beach is also very close. There is the hotel side and then an entertainment area set up for kids near the beach. They have lots of games and fun things to do, and the employees and hotel staff are very welcoming. Gopi invites the kids to see and play the games and he went above and beyond to make it fun and enjoyable!! All the staff genuinely cares and they are friendly. It's an excellent property even if you came without kids or family. Despite the excitement, it is still peaceful and tranquil.

Acceptable beach area, with multiple TVs showing Premier League and other sports, small play area for children on the beach.

Location is a little remote. Only restaurants is the ones in the other Hotels close by. No other bars or entertainment. The Hotel should make better effort to clean the beach every morning.

Nice fair prized one stop property good for a relaxing and socializing stay away from the bustle of the city with direct beach access and friendly staff. Nice spacious rooms. I liked their ginger tea

The air-conditioning system needs improvement as it doesn’t effectively cool the room. Cleanliness of the beach stretch is a big concern due to too much litter and plastic waste

The property and staff were absolutely amazing. The courtyard pool was a lovely place to spend the day having a few cocktails and a few swims. The resort area across the road was free to access for guests and had a beautiful beach to walk on. Everything was affordable and delicious. Would definitely go back in we go to Dar es Salaam again.

Basically everything about my stay was exceptional, from the moment I arrived right up to the very end of my 4 week trip. The staff were cordial, professional and the room was located in the new annex and it was a joy to wake up early in the morning with the sun shinning directly onto my balcony. My only gripe was that it went too quickly. I hope the management and staff keep up their exceptional work ethics and carry on with the high quality of service that they already provide.

The only dislike is that due to its location the cost of getting about on a bajaji can be rather expensive but this is no reflection on the hotel. I would suggest that any one visiting this hotel should download the BOLT Taxi app to reduce transportation costs.

I really liked the hospitality from stuff, cleanliness and variety of food. Kelvin the waiter, Ferida the housekeeping lady were exceptional not forgetting Maria the breakfast lady. We loved them for the duration of our stay. The pool was always clean and my sister was always there enjoying it.

At least having irons, hairdryers available in the room will be great. Having to call reception Everytime you want to use or returning to reception after use isn't a good idea. Also, the hot tubs were not functional considering the price for the room was made high because of those amenities. The seaside beach could be more clean if people were always there to attend to it

The beach was Okay. it was Windy and all the sand was flying into our eyes so we dint stay much at the beach. The breakfast was normal, not much varieties. I was expecting more and a better buffet. We dint swim as we dint get a chance to.

We had mainly come to relax and get some time off the busy city life so mostly we were occupied in the room.

All staff were exceptional walking the extra mile to exceed customers' expectations. Everybody made their most to make my stay comfortable, from the hotel manager Karan Singh to the chef Mandeep and his team as well as staff at reception always welcoming with a smile.

A slight refurbishment to the bathroom and doors would add value.

It is a beautiful hotel with the beach across the street. Everything was clean and nicely landscaped. Our room was stylishly decorated with a balcony and a nice view of the pool and garden area.

Unfortunately the air condition in our room was leaking nonstop and got the floor very wet, so that we had to lay down towels. We also didn’t have any hot water, even though we tried to rotate the water faucet in each direction for several minutes. Hopefully that was fixed for the next guests.
