My family and I have been going to landmark for almost 10 years. We stayed there for 10 days, The staff was amazing from the front desk to the bar and kitchen,servers the life guard and the cleaners thank you for make this trip am amazing 1. The place is safe to let your children explore. The beach fantastic. I was a little disappointed about the food, but the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs . landmark thank you once again for such amazing experience 😊 ❤️ 😀

The loud music from the resort next door. Some times you just want to listen to the ocean and relax

This is the second time I book this hotel as last year it really exceeded my expectations. For the price you get a really good deal. It is a very professional and safe hotel with 24-7 security that really checks who is coming in and going out. That was a huge plus for me, as I could leave any valuable things in my room without worry. The hotel is quiet, has a really good pool, lots of sitting space and located literally right next on the beach. Enough helpful well trained staff and rooms are big and contain everything that you need, airconditioning works, little fridge and most have a balcony and 50% has a beautiful ocean view. A little bit outdated are both room and bathroom but everything works and for the price nobody can complain! The shower is very nice, spacious, and warm water with good force. Breakfast is okay/good. Freshly maked omelette, scrambled eggs etc and warm food, fruits, porridge. I was missing more meats cold or warm. Breakfast space is clean and has a beautiful view on the pool, sea and often Fisherman fishing. Really beautiful view, I could just sit there for an hour with coffee watching. The sitting area at the beach is really appealing with coconut trees and clean sand. No annoying sellers to be found! There is a bar and playground for children.

Wifi, extremely slow and basically not useful. The pool area is great but more green and shade would make the hotel more appealing as it can be really hot with not so much shade. The same goes for the entrance of the hotel, wich is mostly parking space with little green. More green, trees or a little park would really lift the hotel up. This would also not cost too much but really would change the appearance from 90's modern build to more natural that most people prefer nowadays.

Beautiful view from the rooms, great showers and hot water. Also really easy parking and a lovely pool/garden right on the beach.

Breakfast service was a bit strange - more staff than guests, so we felt like we were being watched the whole time and couldn't help ourselves to bread/butter without feeling awkward!

Great view, wonderful food, few hawkers on the beach, good security around, large rooms, working new A/C; Reception was able to give us a room at noon even though check-in time is 2:00PM

Pool cleanliness suffered from Christmas crowds; reception seemed unable to utilize communications through Booking.com; preferring on site reservations; however they did have a room ready for us.

The swimming pool is excellent for actually swimming in🤣

Was asked if I wanted eggs at breakfast but they didn't materialise. Had an evening meal also which was barely edible really. Apart from the food it is an excellent location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again but eat elsewhere!

Location- the first line, sea view from the window, swimming pool, breakfast at restaurant!

The ocean and beach is polluted and full of garbage, swimming pool is not cleaned timely, I couldn’t swim at 07 am, it was ready to swim after 08-08.30 am usually

No Microwave you would have gotten a 10 if you had a microwave in the room Also each room has a different lay out please separate room views better Example your pictures are just three and each room has a different view such as no ocean view shows a picture of the ocean which confuses everyone

Diversity in what is offered at breakfast. Same food is served daily but changes in the breakfast menu should be considered. Also, if you are late for breakfast (from 9.30 am), you risk not seeing something to eat

The Manager Karen was exceptionally good. I requested to be given a sea view though I did not book the view and at a click of a finger, he made it happen. Thanks Karen for being mindful of your guests comfort.

I hated the fact that my stay was too short yet an amazing place to stay longer

I had a fantastic one-week stay at a hotel located just 100 meters from Mbezi Beach. The location was perfect for beach lovers, and the hotel provided an amazing breakfast each morning. The check-in process was smooth, and I was particularly impressed by the hotel manager, Emanuel, who was truly an amazing person. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a beachside getaway.
