Beachline was great and kids enjoyed the swimming and good location

The staff was a little unfriendly during checkout. We thought a little politeness could have been better though we exceeded the 11am checkout time. We thought we could checkout at 2pm.

Our stay at the property was enjoyable and memorable, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth, and Richard at (front desk) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable—his warm greetings throughout our stay were much appreciated. Our room (#123) had a fantastic location with a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and started each day on a high note. The tour desk was excellent, with Ali providing a clear explanation of the available excursions. We opted for a snorkeling tour at a very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were also pleased to receive a 10% discount when ordering food from the on-site restaurant, where the meals were delicious and the staff polite and professional. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as there was always a security guard on duty. A convenient store located just outside the resort made it easy to purchase essentials like bottled water, and a nearby shopping street was within walking distance. Transportation to and from the airport was well arranged, adding to the overall convenience.

One small concern was the safe box in the room—it was available but not securely attached to the wall, making it potentially easy for someone to remove it. Securing it properly would add an extra layer of confidence for guests storing valuables. Wifi connection was extremely weak

The entire building felt new or at least recently renovated — smooth walls, new carpets, and clean tiles in the bathroom.

I was worried after reading negative reviews, but we had a very good experience. The staff were unfailingly kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and the view is beautiful. The restaurant is very good with a nice selection and a full plated breakfast. We did a tour and that was good too.

The only issue is the age of the place and it's need for remodeling. If you need a modern room you'll be disappointed. But everything works, the bathroom is redone, but decor in the Jr. Suite was lacking. I saw a line somewhere that said pool - there is none.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and professional.

It was hard to access other locations from this hotel because the walkway was closed off. Other hotels have open gates, making it possible to walk through to other locations without walking along the beach (which was often not accessible because of high tide. It's really inconvenient. Also, for a location with no pool and basic amenities, the price was too high. As well, one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner.

Rooms are really nice and perfectly air conditioned, you literally walk right down to the ocean, and the staff is super nice. You just have to go elsewhere because the restaurant food isn't all that good. But the hotel is right next to this restaurant Mama Mia which is solid, and there is another restaurant right next to that which is also great.

Restaurant is really not great, and the bathrooms in the rooms are the only real issue. The water pressure and temperature is kind of all over the place, and my friends bathroom flooded at one point and had bugs in it.

A special place for taking care of guests. Location right on the beach in a lively part of Nungwi. Compact intimate space with onsite restaurant and bar. Food for breakfast buffet was standard. Rooms a little dated and can use an upgrade. The best was the service provided by the manager Winnie and the reception staff Tukiko, Larry and Richard. They were always responsive to our requests as a family of 5 and accomdated everything within their power and resources at their disposal. We were all on a first name basis by the time we left. Really felt like family the way they treated us. They should be commended.

Rooms a little dated but kept very clean. WiFi slow, but that is common in Zanzibar

Location was great, if you look for a small authentic place to feel real charm of the tropical paradise. The view from the Ocean view Suite was amazing. White-sand beach with the ocean entrance was just in some steps down. Tides were calm enough and didn't make serious problems - you can swim smoothly most of the time. The room was clean. The hotel's restaurant was good and there were some ones around. The hotel's staff was extremley friendly and did their best. It was a real pleasure. Special thanks to Noela from the restaurant team - she is a stunning girl who does a great job.

Despite the room we had (Ocean view Suite) was clean and was being well cleaned every day, it extremly requires rennovation. The most of furniture and room/bathroom equipment was very old, not properly working and must be changed. The beach life near the hotel was quite active and noisy with a "fish market" at about 6am every morning where locals bought fish (in fact, it can be even interesting if you don't sleep) and with a DJ who worked at the restaurant next door. It was not an issue for us but can be a problem if you need silence.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Zenobia Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel truly at home. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes every day. Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided each day. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view - waking up to the beachfront scenery was just magical!

The staff was very very good, everyone is helpful, kind and they give their best to put a smile on your face. Never seen such staff like that. The last day, one Waitress gave us gifts, i dont remember her Name but she has the biggest smile of them all. Also the location is great, i think the best location in Nungwi. The sunset view was perfect, the sunbeds are great and the idea(the decoration) is also nice.

The Wifi was awful, the breakfast was great for me because i like all kinds of food, but for my wife(or someone who is picky), it was not so good. Also the Bed was not so good, it was very loud when you move on it. The fridge was old and was leaking the whole time.
