Fast service, fresh fruit. The view on mangrove on one side and fishing village on other side and the water birds (waders, crap plovers etc) during tide changes from the restaurant is very nice. Also good place to swim in the ocean during high tide as hotel is on the beach in a sort of bay.

Fresh juice would be nice (was not available) A lot of crow shit, could easily be cleaned. One night no running water when I needed a shower. There was no tip box, they did not even understood what I meant (this was not with the mangaer), also no suggestion box. The cleaning ladies came to ask if they should clean or not, they were not making the bed every day, while there was not much to do. I had the impression they wanted money for the cleaning.

The view of the ocean it was so beautiful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze I loved the deck it was such a beauty

Some kettles in the room would be nice so we can be able to make some hot tea or coffee at our will. Other than that I think for the price the property is doing okay

The name didn’t lie; you are literally on the sea front with the beach and sea about 10ft from your room. The hotel was only a short drive from Stone Town, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food and drink had good prices.

I can’t think of anything negative. My stay there was great.

The location was excellent away from the busyness of Zanzibar and right on the waterfront facing west with great views of Zanzibar sunsets. The manager and staff were extra friendly and it was a relief to find that they employed older and experienced staff.

It's the best place to be. Very private and cozy with stunning ocean view from the rooms. It is a perfect place for a couple to disconnect from a busy life.The food is great, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great job!

My toilet was not cleaned on my final day.

Great staff and service, good location for ease of access but nothing else immediately nearby. However, it's quiet, relaxing, and nice for a walk on the beach. It's a good value. We've stayed there more than once and probably will again.

I liked that the hotel was located next to the beach and I could view the ocean from my room. The view was beautiful.

I think the breakfast could be a little better, it was not very appetizing.
