Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

Loved the location of the restaurant...I looked forward to breakfast because of the views. Which I also used for sunset views when I got a chance in the evenings. The reception team was very friendly and helpful.i felt welcomed upon arrival and had a pleasant check out. I stayed in one of the ocean view rooms which was so peacefully quite in the evenings and early mornings as I could only hear the waves and some birds chirping. I also loved the location of the hotel itself...not too near to stone Town to avoid the noise,but also not too far. I could easily move into Stone Town and back.also, it was not far from the airport and the Ferry Port. Which made my movements easier.

Because I don't speak or understand any Swahili, I had a bit of a challenge communicating with the rest of the staff(except the reception team),as such, the staff were not as helpful as I had needed them to be on some occasions. The WiFi was good everywhere else(using different networks),except for when I was in my room,which was at the far end and so the WiFi network assigned for my room was weak. Which I believe is a problem. That the hotel could sort out without much trouble

The breakfast was good and the stuff is friendly especially these two guys Ally and Tina were so lovely to be with them. Jackob the manager is a father figure who is so kind. I enjoyed rice and the fish.

The yard need a bit of cleaning everyday like what the do inside the rooms. I was scared of snakes as the shrubs were so high however i did not see one.

Manager was very helpful at all times, he helped us get connection to a guy who rents motorbikes, and were even still helpful after we checked out to stay at our next hotel. The water was nice and warm, the only place we've had warm water out of 5 places. The room was beautiful and the beach was incredible once the water came back up at around 5 pm, no sting fish, or whatever they are called. Fridge and air-conditioning was perfect and very needed. The hotel was placed fantastic, away from the city but still 10 minutes on motorbike to the party life.

Our first morning with breakfast was very chaotic. The waiters where stressed and it seemed like the had not tried to have full house in the restaurant before. They ran out of plates, knives and forks so we had to wait 20 minutes to even get started with the buffet. Nobody told us how it worked with ordering fruit and eggs so we waited a long time before the waiters finally realised we were there. When the breakfast finally arrived, it was mainly good. 2. Morning was just fine and the big group that was staying had left, so the restaurant wasn't full then.

Friendly reception, cleaners, excellent laundry services, and friendly environment, access to the public beach with availability of security and overall good stay in Zanzibar

The restaurant breakfast was not so impressive, the lunch and dinner are the same all the time with no options for the guest s to select and pricy food despite the no food diversity

The hotel exceptionally met our expectations. The hotel staff, the food, hotel location and the rooms were of high standard.

The hotel lays on a beautiful environment, I liked the huge terraces with a view of the ocean. The breakfast includes a glass of fruit juice, tea, instant coffee, a plate of eggs, beans/mushrooms/chips and a plate of fruit. Simple, but huge portions. My room had a fan and an air-conditionig as well, net around the bed. You can reach the PUBLIC! beach within a few stairs. The city can be reached by bodaboda (motorbikes) easily within 5 minutes.

The staff at the reception desk would be more kind, not that boring.

Beautiful resort... loved the facilities. Very relaxing, the fact that you can relax and yet you still can do the night out that amazing.

It was come to surprise that we have to pay something else, and the way the staff was informing us quite rude.
